Traditional bangla fish curry was great too. Would highly recommend and in my opinion presents better overall value than Dishoom.”

The special prawns and the different varieties of chicken tikka are a must-try; you’ll love them. They have loads of tasty curries and a good range of soft drinks too. We tried the mango lassi — it was superb! The kids really enjoyed the desserts, and the portion sizes for every dish were generous. “I was able to attend with my co-workers and the food was amazing. The only thing that was a little slow was ordering our main courses. I think I asked the server 5 times to order our main course. Overall it was amazing and the karaoke was good. I thought about singing but I didn’t speak the language. I hope to go again next time I’m in town”

“Forget your usual breakfast routine! Uncle's surprised me this week with a dinner spread that was nothing short of outstanding! I'm usually a regular for their morning delights however, today I ventured into uncharted territory – their evening menu! The star of the show? The fresh Paya. Now, I know sheep's trotters might not be for everyone, but here, they were transformed. Cooked to perfection, melt-in-your-mouth tenderness, they swam in a rich, flavourful sauce that had me reaching for seconds (and thirds)... ofcourse with two fresh fluffy roti alongside. This wasn't just a satisfying meal; it was an explosion of taste and texture. Everything felt homemade, prepared with love and expertise. The atmosphere, I imagine, reflects that same warmth. Uncle, consider your family expanded! I'll definitely be bringing the whole crew in for a taste of your magic soon.”

“Yesterday we visited Al Hyderabadi Mandi & Biryani, and honestly, the experience was amazing. The ambience was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We ordered Lamb Mandi, Apollo Fish, and Chicken 65, and the taste was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavourful, and cooked perfectly. Alhamdulillah, we really enjoyed the food. The service was also excellent. The staff were polite, quick, and very attentive. Prices are also budget-friendly, which makes it even better. I highly recommend everyone to visit this place, especially our Hyderabadi community — you will definitely love the authentic taste and quality. “We recently dine in here. We are vegetarian and keep looking or exploring vegetarian options around. Though the name says London Spice but it is truly Indian Hyderabadi. I found limited options for vegetarians and we mainly wanted to eat biryani rather than curry and roti and I must say it was the right choice to go here. We ordered vegetarian dum biryani and the staff also suggested the portion or quantity of biryani which was very helpful. I must say the quantity given was good along with the quality of food. My child especially likes the biryani a lot, a true authentic Hyderabadi biryani taste. Along with biryani, raita and mirch Ka salan was served which was good in taste. A plate full of dry cut vegetables salad was also served which is typical Indian style and I liked it as you don't happen to see it in many restaurants here. Later we asked for starters in vegetarian and staff suggested chilli paneer, we went with the suggestion and it was up to the mark. Quantity and quality both were satisfactory. I must recommend vegetarian people to try if you love biryani. The staff was so polite and was frequently checking on the quality and other things. 5 star for food and service. I felt a bit of Indian music in the background would have added a feel at home country otherwise everything is perfect. London Spice team you are truly doing a fantastic job by providing us good and home quality food far away from home country. Keep the good service and quality.”

“We just had food here in Chennai biriyani. The food and taste was awesome, the quantity is perfect. Ordered Chicken Biriyani, chicken pakoda, Chicken fried rice and Parota veg curry. All items taste was very nice, chicken biryani with less masala and taste is good, the prices in chicken fried rice are well roasted and tasty, parota is very fluffy and soft. Prices are also reasonable. I highly recommend this place. The people at the counter were very respectful and friendly approach.”

“A beautiful restaurant which is a hidden gem. The moment you walk in you are welcomed and the service continues lead by Francis the GM. The food was absolutely delicious. Chef Shoeb delights us with his cooking taking us on a journey of pure pleasure. The biryani is a must especially as it is made in a bamboo and served at the table. This is a place we will be returning and I can’t wait to try some of the other dishes on the menu. All the food is Halal and mocktails are available”

“Staff were amazing,they listen to you. Pizza was very delicious and can’t compare. Pizza was properly cooked, toppings were evenly distributed and every piece tasted better as i was hungry and ordered another one. Atmosphere was calm, pleasant, neat and clean. “Mix grill was one of the best, good value, can be starter for 2 to start with. Chicken Birayani was superb and I also order chicken curry with bone , I would prefere bit more masaladar with green chilli spiced, like Desi Falvor and, it's says ghee may be more brown butter, Garam Desi Flavour Garam Masla and brunt ghee ! Garlic Naan was superb. Papadam and all relish, dips were fantastic, eveything Desi style, my son love the raita, I love that red spicy sauce and tamarind chutney. What you need with chillied Cobra beer and all of this. See you guys again with all of my friends and family. Kudos to Chef and his team.”

“This is hands down the best Indian food I've ever tried. I shall clarify that I'm not indian but I've been to many Indian restaurants. Even my Indian friend qualified it as one of the best, if not the best. We tried the gobi manchurian, chicken masala, and the star dish: the biryani (both lamb and chicken). It was delicious; good spice level and cooked on point. Waiter was very nice and price-wise it was very good. We had a bunch of food for less than 20£. You can't go wrong with this place and it goes right to my list of favorites.”

“I went here last weekend for the 1st time, with someone who had been before and recommended it. The staff were friendly and gave the right amount of time between ordering food and drinks. The food was wonderful - We all opted for the lamb chop starters which were very tasty. The mains of prawn and lamb dishes went down very well and the portion sizes were generous. My always 'go to' dish is saag aloo which defines a good restaurant to me. The spinach and potatoes were not overcooked and tasted delicious. Would definitely go here again”

“Best biryani in all of london. Very nice staff that serves aftaar (dates, fruit chaat, juice) for free. I have been going there regularly for over 3 years and the experience is always the same. Small place so a but difficult to find a table at times but its always worth the wait.”
