“After having a terrible morning with other cab service providers and unable to book a taxi I came across this great company! The service was pronominal, professional and prompt. They assisted me with getting the app set up and booked the taxi for me all whilst teaching me how to use the app. The driver was super professional and accommodating. I have since deleted my other apps as this company has the best customer service and made me feel like the interaction wasn’t just transactional. Going forward I will only be using you for cabs. “Wife and I just got back from Cambodia. John Watson was brilliant from start to finish. He booked the perfect flight itinerary so that we would be travelling the least time and least amount of stop over time. We stayed at six senses which is on a private island and John was extremely diligent in his organisation to make sure that we got the boat at 1pm or we would have had to wait until 4pm for the next boat transfer. We saw other reviews that said this travel agent is a scam and I even asked John about this prior to booking but he gave me the companies house number, vat number, the atol registration number which put me at ease straight away and I paid the full amount the same night and within 30 minutes he sent the Singapore airlines e ticket and even phoned me back to get me to log in and check that the flights had been confirmed to assure me that he is 100% genuine. Would definitely recommend using them to book a complete holiday package and will definitely use them again in the future.”
