“I visited Howdens recently to order a replacement kitchen door and was very impressed. The staff member Jayraj was especially helpful, walking me through sizes and styles until I found exactly what I wanted. The showroom is well laid-out, clean, and you can really see samples to judge quality. I found the pricing fair compared to similar places. Only downside was a small wait for the order to arrive, but all in all quite satisfied. Would use them again when I remodel other parts of my home.”

“I must admit I wasn't going to post anything but it came up on my time line that someone posted a review recently which doesn't reflect correctly on what happened to the lovely Kayleigh and her manager instore. I visited Heathrow and had a very positive experience. The staff, including Kayleigh and her deputy manager, were professional and courteous throughout the visit. There was a misunderstanding with the review below regarding price but they handled it well and with clarity. Contrary to the claim I witnessed the incident where the below person was rude, aggressive and dang right abusive to the staff even pointing his phone in there faces! In what society is this acceptable, you I think need to review your own behaviours and ask yourself "had I of approached this differently would I of gotten a different result" If you want help on a misunderstanding the be polite there is so much more going on in the world like war then to be speaking to people like that over a price you should be ashamed of yourself. “Had my home’s whole roof re done (changed the whole felt, Batons, replaced any broken tiles) with new dry systems ridge tiles. Very pleased with the service, very professionally executed job and as promised they finished the job in 1 day without compromising on the quality. Highly recommend JAP roofing if you are looking for any roof work. Very genuine and reliable and on top very reasonable. After the job they tidied up everything professionally as well.
