The process was seamless and as soon as explained over emails the team, Saffron were able to help book in and get the whole thing diagnosed, report filed in with insurance and get the car back on the road. “Really lovely guys who helped my husband and I out of a disastrous situation where we were both extremely stressed and upset following our own mistakes! They were speedy, supportive and installed a reconditioned engine, fixed various elements and serviced our car - it genuinely runs like new. Their warranty is great and we have just had the 500 mile oil and filter change and the chaps are happy with the way things are going. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
