I contacted Ben a few weeks ago with an issue I had with my parking brake. What started out as a small issue turned out to be a huge job as we discovered more and more bits that needed doing. This issue took multiple attempts to fix with different hiccups along the way but he kept at it and got it resolved. Having watched him work I can say with certainty that he is very knowledgeable and is keen to carry out the work to a perfect standard rather than rush and do the bare minimum. Throughout all my interactions with him he was pleasant and polite and acknowledged all my needs and concerns. “This is a great garage I can't recommend it enough, especially for woman, these guys won't speak to you like u don't have a clue about cars and they won't take you for a ride! I moved to the area and I noticed my car water tank was low, I took it over and they inspected it and showed me the problem. I took it in the next day and my car was sorted. (8months ago) They are very approachable, polite and friendly. Took my car for a service today and again I can't fault them, done a brilliant job, car is back running smoothly, very reasonably priced and you can tell they don't just do things to get more money out of you.
