“Really excellent service! Won't hesitate to return when my service is due. I went because my tyre light was on, on my dashboard plus it had needed coolant at Christmas and I wanted this checked properly too. They checked both items, then I remembered my heating wasn't working so they checked this and found an air block. All this was done for £68! No taking advantage of a woman who knows nothing. Felt it was really professional and friendly. I will definitely be going back.”

“JT Automatics have been really a timely help in times of difficulty. The process was seamless and as soon as explained over emails the team, Saffron were able to help book in and get the whole thing diagnosed, report filed in with insurance and get the car back on the road. It's no easy feat but they did explain on the issues, delays due to load of backlog and sorted it out with 500 Kms check, 24000 warranty on the work carried out. They sure are experts and quite happy with the overall experience, politeness and the professionalism.”

“I collected 2 reconditioned twin port cylinder heads from The Engine Shop 3 weeks ago (Oct 2017) They were packed and ready. However it turned out that my engine needed a lot more reconditioning then was first thought .A complete engine exchange was required My ever reliable garage sourced and fitted it for me. As the heads were already in place l had no use for heads l had purchased from The Engine Shop. Although l grant you that Jim is not a"people" person there was absolutely no quibble about a full refund. The company does all it's reconditioning on site and while l was in Jim's office l noticed paperwork from the well known parts suppliers we all know obviously using The Engine Shop as suppliers. I suggest that all the dissenters should take note of my experience.”

“I suffered a puncture just before I pulled into the car park at Erith. I was going to change my wheel but found I didn't have the right wheel brace with me. I spoke to Jordan at In'n'Out and explained my predicament and asked if it would be possible to borrow a wrench in order to change the wheel. He was happy to help and actually changed the wheel only to discover that my space saver was the wrong size and seized on the brake callipers. That didn't phase him though, he found a tyre of a suitable size which had been removed from a customer's car due to a puncture. Repaired the puncture with a temporary repair sufficient to get me home and then refitted the wheel. Absolutely above and beyond what was requested and he refused to accept any payment for his trouble. I am disabled and walk with a stick, so the assistance given was very much appreciated and enabled me to get home safely. I really can't thank them enough and to refuse payment and provide the assistance they did is incredible service and highly commendable. Thank you so much.”
