“Living in Notting Hill, you’re spoiled for choice of nurseries. I toured every one and my decision was easy. Being in Ladbroke Square Montessori feels like a warm hug. You can literally feel the joy exuding from the place. The children are engaged and thoughtful and most importantly thrilled to be there. The school truly puts children first. Offering every child a morning spot is a perfect example of this since most children are still napping when they start nursery. The lovely garden in the back and weekly visits to the gorgeous Ladbroke Square are two amazing perks. My daughter is actually disappointed on weekends because she is not going to nursery. She’s learned key skills and is set up for success to have a smooth transition to reception. I have made lifelong friends there as well as my children. I have now sent 2 children to nursery at Ladbroke Square. Best decision I ever made. It’s such a special place.”

“As a mother, I can wholeheartedly say that KidsLab is the best nursery in Canary Wharf — if not all of London. My son joined them just before his first birthday and settled in within a week without much hassle. Since I was a working mom, I always felt I might miss out on important milestones, but the staff at KidsLab never made me feel that way. I received pictures and videos of all the special moments, and that made such a difference. What really sets them apart is how they include parents in the journey. The staff genuinely take the time to get to know the child through conversations with parents, so they can support each child better. I have had so many warm, thoughtful chats with the team, they are not transactional at all, and always make you feel like part of a family. The staff truly care, and they ensure that the children are constantly learning through activities, rhymes, garden playtime, drama, and dance classes — making sure there is holistic development and lots of joy in the process. My son is a curious, active child, and I have seen incredible growth, not just intellectually but also emotionally and socially. He has learnt empathy, discipline, and how to thrive in a social setup. I often get compliments about how intelligent he is, and a lot of that credit goes to the amazing team at KidsLab. Huge, huge kudos to Juliana, Runi, Danielle, Vanessza, Radhika, and every single member of the team. As a mother, I can proudly say KidsLab is a wonderful place, and I couldn’t recommend it more if you are looking for a nurturing, engaging nursery for your little one.”

“Sad that my little one is leaving to go to big school, my daughter loved coming here, they taught her so much and is definitely ready for school and have done so well getting her ready for school. Some of the things my daughter has learnt is amazing! The staff work hard, all the staff are so lovely and the manager is so passionate about every child being her little treasure. The difference between other nurseries and this nursery is that Michelle (manager) does not see the nursery as a ‘business’ but a home where she treats all the families and children like her own and is very supportive. “Five stars with bells on! Our two children adore Vicarage Christ Church nursery. Our eldest still talks about being there with huge affection and remembers so many of the incredible activities they did. These ranged from free play to playing with foam to cooking to topic-based craft activities. The children play outside on tricycles, slides, obstacle courses and have story time under the trees. The dedicated and fun staff take the on regular walks onto Sheen Common and sometimes on Nursery excursions to see the trains or into Richmond Park. Meanwhile, embedded within all their learning is an understanding of letters, sounds, numbers and developing social skills. Our youngest is still at the nursery and runs to see his teachers with excitement every morning. The children all look adorable in their red and white smocks and we regularly see photographs and are provided with updates of their activities and on their progress. Both our children grew in confidence in the teachers (who have been their for ages) care, and I couldn’t think of a better nursery and start to their schooling than Vicarage Christ Church Nursery.”

“Our two sons are currently attending Playdays, in the baby room and in the preschool room. We are extremely happy with the nursery. The staff is very kind and caring and most of them have been around for many years which is great as a lot of nurseries nearby have a high staff turnover. The nursery is very well managed by Miss Kerry and everything runs smoothly. The children have the opportunity to do lots of activities (baby yoga, dance, french, swimming...) as well as regular trips to the park. We would 100% recommend this nursery to parents.”

Both developed strong bonds with the staff and my daughter currently attending just adores them and they have been a brilliant support in her care and development since she was 9 months old. Now that they have moved to a new premises the setting itself cannot be faulted, they have beautiful classrooms and an outside space that the children can run around and play which was the only downside with the old building.”

“I can not recommend Colby Nursery enough. My daughter attended there for almost a year and we were very sad to say goodbye last week due to moving away. Mary and all the team were absolutely fantastic, they provided a safe, secure and nurturing environment for my daughter to learn and develop. The garden is a welcome addition to the nursery ensuring they children have plenty of outdoor time and fresh air. “Great job, entrusting your baby to have their ears pierced is a big deal at 3 months. Rob did a great job both putting me at easy and piercing my littleones ears. Nice selection of earrings at reasonable prices which included piercing and aftercare liquid with instructions. I travelled over an hour across London but it was well worth the drive. “Les Petites Etoiles has become an extension of our family. We absolutely love this nursery, the caretakers and all the staff. It's clear they are very invested in our children, and my children are always so happy to go to nursery every day which is all we can ask for. They took my daughter in at 6 months, and they saw her grow into a thriving toddler and have cared for her along every step of the way. They also have a really great outdoor space and are outside rain or shine, which is important for us! And I can't speak more highly of their food. My children eat better at nursery than at home! I couldn't recommend LPE more highly, any child who is lucky enough to go here will have a wonderful experience.”

“We came across chickywicks by pure chance but immediately fell in love with its homley,loving, caring environment and staff. After our daughter not settling at her previous nursery it was a huge nerve racking step to try again with chickywicks. Our daughter settled immediately we could not believe how happy she went in after how stressful things had been previously. Not only did the chickywicks team make Ada feel completely secure and happy but they also made a very anxious mum feel exactly the same. Every member of staff go above and beyond to make sure any concern or worry was just immediately forgotten. I truly believe that every single one of the team feel passionately about meeting every child's individual needs. Every member of the team are always so friendly and welcoming they not only cared for Ada but they all knew her personality inside out, they always knew at drop off if Ada was having a wobble and made sure they were extra supportive which is exactly what Ada needed. Chickywicks really are just like one big family and although they gave Ada everything she needs to move on, as her parents we would have kept Ada at chickywicks forever! We were not ready for Adas chickywicks journey to end. So from the very bottom of our hearts thank you to all the team at Chickywicks. We will NEVER forget all you have done for Ada and you will always hold a very special place in our hearts. We cant actually put into words how much we would recommend this nursery.”

“Our little child started nursery when he was 11months old and had a quite complex heart condition. The compassion and determination from the Boys and Girls Nursery Stanmore to cater for his complexities and ensure they could take our son on was brilliant. Even before he started they went over and beyond to speak to all of the healthcare professionals to ensure that they could fully cater for our sons needs. From Amy and Chloe and Sharon for all the admin things to get him over the line. From Rachel and team in nursery where they got him turning over (even though he was months delayed) to then crawling and walking. To then Lisa/ Amelia and team in pre-toddlers post his operations helping him build the strength to do all of the activities and become a chatter box. To then Sinead and team in toddlers to then prep him to join his new school. We cannot thank you all enough for your efforts, we as a family are truly grateful and happy that Boys and Girls Nursery was his first academic home.”
