“I am so pleased that my daughter attends Tarbiyyah primary school. She is in reception class and has already come a long way. When she started she didn't know phonics and within 4 months, she has learnt to read and write. I'm ever so pleased how much she has matured. The staff are friendly and pleasant. My daughter loves the fact there is no time out used for behaviour management and the staff don't yell at the children but work with them in a gentle manner and being good role models for them. Children are given so many opportunities at such young age to have awareness of the world around them and the staff are so well skilled. I also like the fact children are taught manners, Arabic and Islam but ofcourse everything is tailored to their level of understanding. The school also holds workshops with parents and equips us with the right knowledge and skills to support our children with their learning at home. The team are approachable and supprotive. At work I come across many children from local schools and I have met many children in year 2+ who are not even at the level of the reception children at Tarbiyyah academically and with their mannerisms. I would definitely recommend this school to any parent who would like their children to grow up with excellent life skills, the Arabic language, be nurtured in a positive environment, well mannered, know the correct Islam, the right skills to fit in this society and be academically astute.”

“The best of all the baby stay and play sessions I've attended so far. We started from infant bonding sessions and now attending 6-12 months. My son loves it there, they provide snacks and sing nursery rhymes each session. Emilia has outstanding care and great support.”

They have been an incredible part of my daughter's first year of life and also my first year of motherhood, and they have continuously created a safe, fun, educational and welcoming environment for us to arrive to, almost daily, since my daughter started going at around 3 months old. I can't thank them enough!♡ They are kind, always there with a smile wether rain or sun, and they are absolutely amazing at what they do and their passion for kids (and their mamas!!) “Wonderful nursery, staff are very patient caring and above all take feedback extremely well. They listen to any concerns you may have and are happy to do whatever they can to help your child and you have the best possible experience with them. They have an extremely flexible attitude and are beyond accommodating to ensure parents are happy with how their child is being cared for. Their primary focus is the child and honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our daughter has just started and although she took a while to settle the process was fully child led and inturn our daughter has settled extremely well. Communication from the staff is fantastic always kept up to date on how our girl is doing. Very grateful for such an accommodating and supportive nursery. They put together lots of scheduled activities for the children regularly to enhance their learning in a safe and fun environment.”

“We checked out quite a few nurseries in the area (some had spider webs to begin with!) and BH Bromley stood out by its professional and friendly team and how they look after the place that was renovated in recent years. It also comes with friendly hours that suit our busy day jobs. Nikki, Natasha and team have gone extra mile to accommodate our boy when we had to switch him to full time. They had his well-being at the centre of considerations. It was nice to see that staff (too many names to thank) from different rooms all work as one team supporting each other and they genuinely love spending time with children. Our boy finishes chef Nikki’s food every day! As parents we can get on with our day without worrying about our son. Everyone acts as the key person as they all knew how the day went for our boy when we picked him up. We just had a Mother’s Day tea. Being two daddies, it really felt no difference at all and that all parents are welcome and it was so lovely to chat to many.”

“As a pupil from 1936-40 it was as a junior. The headmistress was Miss Yoemans, and during the spring/summer, some classes were in big 'tents' at the rear of the school buildings. After 1939 there was an air raid shelter built of brick, and when the Air Raid siren went, we spent our time in the shelter - and as 'therapy' even us boys were given the task of knitting!! until the All Clear siren sounded. I re-visited the school in 1997, and apart from there no longer being the classroom tents, it seemd that time had stood still. It is that kind of school, and it felt great just to be there again after such a long time.”

He learns different things through many activities and spending time with the team and other babies. The nursery is clean and new, the teachers are very dedicated and our son loves them, the kids are fed a balance diet. We couldn’t be happier with them!”

“This is my sons 2nd year at St Christopher’s. Recently as a parent I had some concerns on syllabus content and the way in which Mr Lyon and Miss Clarke dealt with this was above and beyond just being professional. They were approachable, listened and showed a great deal of humility and understanding. As a parent we choose to entrust our children in the expert care and understanding of schools and the teaching staff, however being able to support that learning in a way that is nurturing and always in the interest of the child and their individuality is special. Not all schools listen. My recent experience with both teachers gives me confidence in St Christophers ability not to just teach my child but to nurture him and make the learning journey collaborative and positive. Parent teacher engagement is key to successful learning experiences. Keep up the Good Work!”
