“I was really happy with the ADHD assessment provided. It felt very thorough, with actual proper observation of my daughter in school, speaking to a teacher and then another 2 hour observation and conversation in clinic. Not just form and questionnaire filling, and it gave me an additional layer of confidence that what I was seeing was also being seen and recognised by others. Furthermore Holly was kind enough to expedite a report in order to meet a tribunal deadline which we are very grateful for. Would strongly recommend.”

“I cannot praise this Nursery and their staff enough! My son only took a week to get settled, he absolutely felt the love and warmth from the staff and amazing atmosphere delivered by the staff. Folu is the most outstanding Nursery manager I have ever come across or spoken to, she treats all the children like her own and every single member of staff is fantastic. Communication is great, both informal and formal. All staff took time to get to know my son, they know his likes, dislikes and encouraged him to make friends, which his previous nursery didn't do, and he isn't just a number on the books he is an actual valued part of this nursery, just like all of the children. I know my son is safe in this environment and honestly I cannot express in words how amazing the staff and the structure is. My son notices when any one member of staff is on leave and he gets excited seeing Folu and all the staff. That's how I know he is loved and cared for amazingly. My son knows the days of the week, he knows the 12 months of the year and even all the seasons and all this has been from this nursery; from the playful way they teach the children. The staff encourage reading and ask for families to do certains tasks at home alongside what they're doing at the nursery. I could keep writing about how much I love this nursery! But I'll end this review with the following: My son previously attended an " Ofsted outstanding" nursery, and it was an unsafe, uncaring and robotic environment, where they didn't practice safeguarding correctly. Thankfully we found Kiddiecare and moved his here! And Kiddiecare IS outstanding in my opinion, whether they have the Ofsted rating or not. My child is safe, secure, cared for by loving individuals, he is happy and thriving and Safeguarding and child happiness is the main priority here! If you want that for your child, I'd highly recommend this nursery. Thank you Folu and the whole team for being so amazing!”

“This youth club is a great place for children to come if they want a fun place to hang out. They have alot of activities for pool, table tennis, Table football and a music room. On top of that they have a a little store that you can buy drinks, crisps and sweets from. Hygiene wise its really nice and I would recommend letting your child come here.”

“Came today for my 4year old sons potential allergy. Got there an hour before his appointment. Went in and was greeted by lovely smiley reception staff. (Obviously being early I expected to wait a very long time) sat down and within minutes my sons name was called to be weighed and measured, again the nurse who did this was lovely and chatty. We went and sat back down again, and minutes later were called by the dr! After seeing the dr we were told we’d need a blood test! I was told we could numb it and wait an hour or use the cold spray straight away, so off we go to have the blood test with cold spray! The 2 nurses doing it were again so lovely and explained everything that would happen. A bonus for my son was a sticker and toy! I’m so impressed with how everything went! We were in and out of the car park before his actual appointment time! I’m sure not every day runs as smoothly as it did this morning but I’d like to thank everyone as it was a fantastic experience!”

“My child was assessed by Dr Bharat and diagnosed with asd. He was kind and compassionate under such emotional times. The whole process has taken 2yrs and 11 months. “My son attended the Child Development Centre after we had exhausted all other avenues through the NHS and essentially got nowhere. I am not disparaging the NHS, I think they are marvellous but they do not have the time or resources to fully help our children the way they need help in these circumstances. We had the Centre recommended to us and it has really changed our lives. The relief that someone was finally making sense of our son's behaviour and difficulties that he was having was immense. He would jump and scream at unexpected noises, he would hate any labels in clothes, he would zoom around the house causing mayhem (not deliberately, quite the opposite he was very happy), but we did fear he had ADHD. He was like Tigger from Winnie the Poo, bouncing around everywhere! His concentration was very poor, he was very silly and immature for his age, he wasn't able to sit and watch a DVD, read a book or play with one toy or game for any period of time, he would get bored very easily and be off to play with another toy or game. From a very young age he would have obsessions - firstly the Fire Service and he would not anywhere unless in a full fireman's uniform with a utility belt, he was 4 yrs old at this stage and then it changed to the Police (5yrs old) and then the Army (8yrs old) with each obsession taking over all of our lives in one way or another. One fact we did find interesting was that Dyspraxia often gets misdiagnosed as ADHD. He was diagnosed as having Dyspraxia traits and audio dyslexia. We received a very detailed report which made so much sense in terms of why he was behaving the way he was, but more importantly we started the programme that would definitely change all of our lives for the better. The programme is not a quick fix solution. You need to be dedicated and understand there will be times when it is frustrating and it seems you are making no progress then other times when it accelerate and the changes are amazing. Most people comment that he is like a different boy now and he really is. Once we were able to get rid of the reflexes he had retained the changes became really noticeable. He is so much calmer now, he can concentrate - he reads so many books now which we are delighted at! The screaming when he's startled has stopped and he's even more tolerant to labels! In the beginning we did the on-line checklist on the website and ticked far too many! However, I would highly recommend doing this as it give you a really good idea on whether there is a problem there that needs solving. My husband and I had the conversation about the cost of the treatment and I remember him saying 'this could be the best money we've ever spent' and he was absolutely right, it was. I would highly recommend going for an initial assessment to find out all about it. We originally met David and then Alex continued all of the appointments and treatments with our son. He is excellent with children, very professional with a firm but easy-going manner. If you decide to do it, follow all of the instructions, they really do know what they are talking about and you will get better results by following them to the letter. The programmes are medication free which I loved, this is a totally natural way to help your child be the best they can be!”
