“Our two sons are currently attending Playdays, in the baby room and in the preschool room. We are extremely happy with the nursery. The staff is very kind and caring and most of them have been around for many years which is great as a lot of nurseries nearby have a high staff turnover. The nursery is very well managed by Miss Kerry and everything runs smoothly. The children have the opportunity to do lots of activities (baby yoga, dance, french, swimming...) as well as regular trips to the park. We would 100% recommend this nursery to parents.”

“My sons have attend the nursery one is shy and the other very lively and not so shy! The nursery has been really good in teaching and using creativity. My son is always bring home drawings and creations and loves seeing them at home. He really loved a counting book that nursery made that he brought home. Really helped with his counting. “My Son has been going to The Young Once since end of November 2024. When I saw him get off the breakfast table and walk by himself to the baby area, it was such a proud moment. He feels happy and at home there. This is the only nursery we have come across where the lovely staff has a big smile on their face at 8:00 am and same smile and enthusiasm at 6:00pm. This was so important to me. Kelly said to me you had the baby 9 months in your belly then a year of maternity and then you have to leave your baby with strangers, this nursery really gets it and gives our little humans all the love, confidence and care we wish for them. My little boy loves this place and when I ask him are you going to play with Carol. He has the biggest smile on his face and Carol is right, he can say her name now. I am so glad I visited this nursery and my little one is going to have amazing 4 years here.”

She has settled into the warm, caring environment really well and has produced some beautiful art... her skills are definitely being developed. “My eldest has been going to Jigsaw since he was 3yrs old and our second quickly followed suit; they are now 7 and 5 respectively and it’s been incredible to watch their growth and also to see how much they enjoy their classes and the friendships they have made. Both of them have no qualms about being on stage at school and I’m sure that their time at Jigsaw has played a huge part in that! The end of term performances are always a highlight and our children are so proud of themselves and excited that we are coming to watch. We also really enjoy reading the individual reports that the teachers have taken the time out to write. Our youngest is just turning 3 and will now be starting her first term! Most classes for 3yr olds require parents to be present so we were slightly nervous when our son started but not now with our youngest; the staff are exceptional and it’s great for their confidence to enjoy a class without parents at that age. Would definitely recommend!”

“My son loves going to nursery now. He excitedly runs to get to press the doorbell to go in and comes out smiling at pick up. It wasn't an easy start for him as he hadn't been away from me apart from with a couple of other family members before. Staff were accommodating and mindful of his needs and discussed with me how to help him settle and worked to find a strategy that made him feel nursery was a safe space. They were also very kind when I had my own little wobble as I was feeling worried about the whole situation. I love that new activities are set up each day. Pictures of these and of what the kids are up to are posted on the private parents facebook group a couple times a day. It means we can show my son and chat about his day and what is going on at nursery. It helps build his speech, but also allows us to learn more about who is important to him at nursery and what he enjoys even though he isn't yet able to express it fully in words. My son enjoys being outside. With the nursery's vast garden and free flow between in and outdoors most of the time, he clearly makes the most of it. Good wipe down coat advisable.”

“Les Petites Etoiles has become an extension of our family. We absolutely love this nursery, the caretakers and all the staff. It's clear they are very invested in our children, and my children are always so happy to go to nursery every day which is all we can ask for. They took my daughter in at 6 months, and they saw her grow into a thriving toddler and have cared for her along every step of the way. They also have a really great outdoor space and are outside rain or shine, which is important for us! And I can't speak more highly of their food. My children eat better at nursery than at home! I couldn't recommend LPE more highly, any child who is lucky enough to go here will have a wonderful experience.”

“My son began attending Butterflies in September 2021, and I can only share positive feedback about this nursery. Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The staff deserve praise as they know how to connect with children and are highly creative. I appreciate that the children engage in different activities every day. As full-time parents, we value the communication and photos shared through the phone application, which allows us to track our son's progress and daily activities. Additionally, the nursery offers various ad-hoc booking sessions that make our lives easier. While these depend on availability, they are extremely beneficial, particularly the "early starter" option, which we frequently use. Lastly, the owner and manager, Danielle, is very helpful, approachable and finds time to speak to all parents. I wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to all parents—your kids will love it.”
