“Visited the Gucci store at Heathrow Airport recently and had a genuinely pleasant experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed warmly by the staff who were not only professional but incredibly friendly and patient. We were looking to try on a few pairs of trainers, and the team went above and beyond to help us find the right sizes and styles. They never rushed us, even though it was quite a busy time. Their knowledge of the products was impressive, and they made helpful suggestions based on comfort and fit. What really stood out was how they made us feel valued — taking their time, offering honest opinions, and making the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The store itself was clean, beautifully arranged, and made browsing a real treat. A big thank you to the team — you made our airport shopping memorable. “The day is going to end, and so is my trip. I enjoyed tea with a sandwich, and later, I had fruits and shortbread for dessert. I always have time and enjoy it, even if the sun is not out yet. At Macallan Experiance in Heathrow Airport last Week (05.2025) So generous / did share a good solid Macallan 30 years old COLOR EDITION with deep tast and a lighter MACALLAN 21 color Edition with us. Enjoyed the stay there and were impesed of the deep knowledge about the Whiskys and history of the Macallan Distillery. Thank You so much.”

“Love Jack Wills. Yes it is expensive but most quality items are these days. Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”
