She put me at ease, explained what she was doing every step of the way and was really clear when talking me through the results. She recommended some products and treatments that would help with my problem areas but I didn't feel pressured into purchasing or booking anything on the spot like I have in some places in the past. The cost of the wash, cut, blow dry and the nicest smelling hair treatment mask was £42! Absolute bargain for a fantastic cut! And she makes the best tea!!
