Although the store doesn't normally ship outside the UK, Sally went to a lot of trouble to change the online store system and make shipping to Germany possible. Jane and Kim both went above and beyond with trying to find the styles and sizes I asked for and were extremely helpful in making recommendations along the way, with a friendly, positive attitude the whole time. I know what it’s like having to work a weekend and was very appreciative of their chirpy demeanour. Every store I’ve visited has always had helpful staff, which is why I keep going back.
