“Tucked away behind the highstreet, it's easy to miss if you don't know its location. That said, the facilities once you enter the building are very good, catering for all preschool children needs, with adequate staff onsite vs. Number of children ratio. Small secure outside play area on dry days. Pushchair undercover parking area and limited parking for parents that can get congested at times. Overall I well equipped nursery and attentive staff.”

“I can’t recommend Bright Horizons enough .They really went above and beyond with your son. The nursery helped a lot with my son's settling in. They went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and safe. He did not speak English, and the team did the best they could to understand him and help him communicate. The space is very nice for learning and playing. My son loved the outdoors area. Also, the staff are amazing. Everyday Abbie and all staff would greet us with a big smile. They are friendly, respectful with all the children, and always willing to help. We now moved out of London one of the teachers gave my son a friends forever matching bracelet, it was so beautiful. The meals are truly amazing and my son loved it. They update the app everyday with what activities they will be doing, learning topics, pictures and thoughtful development progress check-ins. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone .Thank you for all that you did with my little one. Huge call out to Abbie and all her support and Ana Maria and Fatima from Preschool.”

“I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.”

“Both of my daughters attended this nursery and we loved it so much! My youngest has just started school and is so happy and well prepared, which is a testament to the work the nursery have done with her. It’s a beautiful purpose built setting, recently refurbished, with a lovely outdoor space and a mud garden! From the management to the cooks, everyone is so friendly and lovely and my daughters thrived there. We will miss everyone so much, and will come back to visit!”

College Green Nursery School & Services

    ★★★★☆ 4.2
    Closed

“I was invited to College Green Nursery last Thursday as a visiting author/illustrator to share my children's books and storytelling with the children and was very impressed by the warm reception of very friendly staff led by the Headteacher and particularly by Nawal Filali Naji the facilitator of my visit. I was most impressed by just how settled and happy the new intake of 4 year olds were, and their enthusiasm for participation and learning. It is likely down to what I think I detect as the Nursery's environment of structured pastoral care and love.”

“I cannot recommend this nursery enough! The staff are absolutely wonderful—so warm, caring, and attentive. Their Manager Sonia is amazing, and my daughters key worker Sisa is just the best!! You can really tell they love what they do and genuinely care about the children. My daughter has settled in so well, and I feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such good hands. The nursery itself is spotless, with lovely toys and a fantastic structure to the day that keeps the children learning, engaged and happy. I also love how they keep parents updated regularly through the app or by phone when necessary, which is so reassuring. Plus, the home-cooked meals they serve are amazing—my daughter eats better here than at home! An absolutely brilliant place!”

“I am very pleased with the service I received at Chelsea Psychology Clinic! Jodi Gomez was very attentive, listened closely and cut right to the chase. Her assessment was completely on point and confirmed what I suspected my child was struggling with. She provided a detailed report with recommendations that will help support my child’s learning which is exactly what we needed to help with our EHCP appeal. All the staff were professional and welcoming and I would absolutely recommend this clinic, especially Jodi for anyone looking for an Educational Psychologist.”

“I completed my work experience at Alphabet House Nursery School, Waterside Park, and had an amazing time working with the wonderful staff team and children. The children are full of happiness, great at interacting, and little explorers who are always curious and eager to learn. The nursery provides a rich and stimulating environment where children have many opportunities to explore, investigate, and solve problems independently. They regularly visit Thames Barrier Park, where they enjoy learning about nature and exploring the space around them. I highly recommend this nursery to all parents in the area. It’s a nurturing and supportive environment where children are encouraged to meet their developmental milestones through hands-on learning and real-life experiences. Activities like cooking, science experiments, and celebrating cultural diversity help broaden their understanding of the world. The manager, Humairah, is incredibly supportive, friendly, and dedicated to providing high-quality childcare. One of the highlights of this nursery is the “Stay and Play” sessions, which are fantastic opportunities for parents to spend quality time with their children and take part in creative and engaging activities. Overall, Alphabet House Nursery School is a truly special place for children to grow, learn, and thrive.”

“I highly recommend this nursery. My son, Sayyid, has been attending for three and a half years, and he feels safe and happy there. Every day, he’s excited to go, and he loves everyone who cares for him. The staff are always smiling, friendly, and make him feel like it’s a second home. As a mother, seeing him so happy gives me confidence and peace of mind. Sayyid started attending the nursery as a baby, and it’s been amazing to watch him grow and learn so much over the years. A special thanks to Suri, the nursery manager, who has carefully selected such a wonderful team. She is always welcoming, approachable, and available, and I truly believe the nursery wouldn’t be the same without her.”

“Baby Sensory is a fantastic class to attend for new mothers and their babies. My son and I joined when he was a few months old (we waited too long tbh, I wish we joined from the start). The activities are well thought out and the props and room set up is really engaging for the babies. The classes are a great way to also connect with other mums and make genuine friends in the local area. If you don't fancy making friends, it's still nice to check in with other mums. My son and I will miss the classes and Renata specifically. She's a wonderful lead for the sessions and she takes the time to properly interact with the children and parents. It's well worth it if you're looking for a class for your baby.”

“Our adventure with Monkey Music started a few years back when I was looking for something to do with my older daughter, that would be entertaining but educational same time. Right now all 3 of my children are attending the classes and I can't praised it enough. The classes are always fun but if you want to see a real benefits of Monkey Music I recommend that you attend it for as long as possible. After a while you will notice you child being more and more confident, getting to know all the songs and moves. You will be amazed how the classes develop your child speech (a case with one of my twins), memory, they will learn a lot of things about music as well as counting, colors, time, how to read music. They will learn about different instruments, how you play them, how do they sound like etc. each term there are new songs/activities.The staff is always very friendly and professional. And to sum it up it is even very educational for us - parents as I learned a lot about music myself :)”

“We love Monkey Music! I have taken all three of my children to Kathryn's classes and it's the one class that I have made sure we continue when they started going to Preschool- partly because they didn't want to stop, and partly because I didn't either. It's a 'proper' music class, but perfectly pitched at children's capabilities at each age to engage and stimulate them. Highly recommended.”

“Troy loves Gymboree, he really looks forward to it and loves the instructors (they always have so much energy!). The sessions vary each week but Troy's favourite is the bubbles and parachute at the end! Sarah the instructor for Troy's class is so nice and really encouraging. It's been great for his development, he was an early walker and I am sure it was because of all his activity at Gymboree. It's great that aparatus change each week too. We've been coming for just over a year now and will definitely continue for a while yet. We really get our moneys worth too by going to the freeplay sessions which are great fun to explore everything and good for meeting other parents.”

“My son has been going to tumbletots for roughly a year now and he still looks forward to it all week! The sessions are really varied so he never gets bored and he has learnt so much about movement, balance, coordination and problem solving. Sarah and the team are very experienced and so the children are able to take risks and be daring on the apparatus and balance beams in a truly safe, controlled environment. The sessions feel really child-led and the instructors praise creativity, allowing the children to make their way around the equipment in the way that feels natural to them. I have really seen my son’s confidence and personality grow from these sessions and wish I had signed up my older one when he was at the same age! Highly recommend :)”
