“Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”

“My daughter loves going to this nursery. They always welcome her with the biggest smile and make her feel special every time. My daughter has learnt so much since being there for the last year or so. She has become more confident and her breath of vocabulary has most definitely widened because of their teaching. When she comes home she is always repeating songs they sing during circle time. I would highly recommend this nursery as not only do they support the child to progress but also give really good advice to parents regarding potty training etc. Whenever I pick my daughter up I love how nicely the children play together and enjoys playing with her friends.”

“We have been going to Gymboree Sevenoaks for the past 2 years. It is a fantastic place and the staff make you and the children feel at ease very quickly. The activities are well prepared and thought through. There is a variety of activities and every week there is a different theme. We have seen a notable improvement in our little ones' development. We also recently decided to organise a bday party. We are EXTREMELY happy we made this choice. I don't think we could have chosen a better place and staff. All guests left really satisfied and most importantly our little one with a big smile on their face. Thank you Gymboree team!”

“I couldn't imagine a better place for my son and I am so grateful to Joanna and her team of wonderful, kind carers. My son joined Rainbow House at 11 months old at a time when he only wanted to be with his mum and dad. We did a gradual settling in and thanks to JoJos's patience and through various engaging activities and a lot of one to one time they built trust and a great relationship with him. My son loves going to Rainbow House and talks about Jojo and his friends constantly! They do perform miracles - he eats his lunch even on days when he eats nothing at home. At nap time he goes to sleep on his own (since his first full day) even though he has never done this at home once! After two months his vocabulary exploded with words and phrases. They are constantly doing fun activities- playing in the garden, messy play, arts and crafts - each week has a different theme. I would highly recommend Rainbow House, they have exceeded all my expectations. It's a truly magical, happy place!”

“Our adventure with Monkey Music started a few years back when I was looking for something to do with my older daughter, that would be entertaining but educational same time. Right now all 3 of my children are attending the classes and I can't praised it enough. The classes are always fun but if you want to see a real benefits of Monkey Music I recommend that you attend it for as long as possible. After a while you will notice you child being more and more confident, getting to know all the songs and moves. You will be amazed how the classes develop your child speech (a case with one of my twins), memory, they will learn a lot of things about music as well as counting, colors, time, how to read music. They will learn about different instruments, how you play them, how do they sound like etc. each term there are new songs/activities.The staff is always very friendly and professional. And to sum it up it is even very educational for us - parents as I learned a lot about music myself :)”

“I cannot recommend Springfield lodge enough. My little one has been going since December and everyone at the nursery have been great. So caring and really trying to help him develop. He’s been slow to walk but all the staff have been trying to help him. I saw a previous post saying the staff were rude and perhaps it was because she was not from the UK. I really struggle to believe that this has been their experience as truly I think everyone at the nursery is exceptionally kind and really friendly. It’s also very multicultural and they go out of their way to embrace all of the different cultures, both with the variety of food but also loads of little extras including the different languages and celebrations. I’m a first time mum, so didn’t know what to expect but the nursery have gone out their way to reassure me and it really is the best environment for my little one.”

“My daughter started in Uxbridge Early Years in 2020 after the lockdown. During her induction period, we received all support we needed from the staff. It was greatly appreciated, especially after being at home during pandemic. Throughout these three years, my daughter has learnt at the nursery not only communication, and language, but also social and emotional skills. She has met lifelong friends. Together, they have learnt to share and care for each other. Nursery staff has shown true professionalism, hard work , and most important, love for all kids. They have supported us every step of the way with her Potty Training, her tantrums and her fears. When we had our second daughter ,all staff helped us with our first daughter’s transition from a single child to a big sister. We are truly grateful for the knowledge and kindness. Our second daughter started 2years ago. Once again, her induction was wonderful thanks to the nursery. She is still breastfeeding. They have accommodated everything to continue with breast milk. I can see the amazing job of each member of the nursery when I see the smile on her face every time we arrive at the nursery. We have enjoyed all events organised by the nursery: Ladies breakfast, Jubilee Celebrations, World Book day, Christmas, Sports Week… These wonderful events help parents building relationships with each other and creating a support community for all our children. For all reasons above, Uxbridge Early Years Centre is a unique place with the best staff we could ask for. It is the nursery a parent would choose for his children.
