Comfortable in Molesey

“The Mute Swan, by the river and opposite Hampton Court Palace. A thoroughly delightful place with a good range of both cask and keg beers. A fine wine list and an exciting menu. Service is impeccable and my lager was fresh and cold. The place has a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs restaurant area, we love a spiral staircase! A super place for a spring (in your step) drink.”

“Mada Deli is my favourite stop for coffee and a proper Big Boy English breakfast. The food and service are consistently excellent, and the recent updates to the seating and décor have really enhanced the experience. It now feels even warmer and more comfortable inside. “My wife and I loved our Sunday night stay at the Mitre Hotel. What did we like? Wonderful situation on the river. Very friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary and generous glass of wine on arrival. Large, comfortable and quiet room - we were upgraded to The Royal Mews (many thanks for that) - with complimentary coffee, biscuits etc. Excellent breakfast buffet taken in the lovely round room with wonderful views of the Thames. Settle in Sunday is a really great deal. Would we stay at The Mitre again? Like a shot!”

“Food is great! Servers are great! Would recommend the kebab (I had that) tastes great but maybe 5 pints suggests it too... But so far it's better than any other fast food I've had! Would definitely recommend! The chilli sauce is definitely spicy!”

“This pub has it all: nice bar with an above average selection of beers and cider on tap, bar snacks to full meals, quiet conversation area and sports on TV, outdoor covered seating or garden, a dart board and a children's play area. Nicely decorated with photos of the area 60-70 years ago and bookshelves. The friendly staff make it a very welcoming place, with a fun atmosphere. On site parking makes it an easy choice.”

“A wonderful little restaurant with authentic, tasty food. Excellent options for those who are gluten free and well priced. Would recommend the dosa. Note that the decoration is minimum, and you somewhat feel like you are sat in someone's living room, but that shouldn't put you off trying out this hidden gem.”

“I went here a few weeks ago, and I have to give it 5 stars because the helpful lady at the counter helped me find things on my shopping list, and I didn't even realise they had some of the things I was looking for, such as toilet roll and biała herbata. It's really good for a small shop actually.”

“Have had to use their Emergency Veterinary services twice with our house rabbits and they have been excellent both times. They are caring, understanding and knowledgeable, which is hugely important when it comes to bunnies tummy issues! Zero hesitation in recommending them.”

Well this place is not only cheaper than most, you get more meat in your curry than I've ever had before. I had a small problem last time and they went above and beyond to sort it out. “It was quite a warm day for the time of year, so the walk through Bushy Park got our appetite going on our way to this lovely little restaurant. We ate here with friends and children and there was plenty to choose from. I’m definitely a sucker for a decent Italian dish. I love cooking it as much as I love eating it, so when they brought out our meals at La Fiamma I had pretty high expectations having heard it was good. Except it wasn’t just good. It was genuinely exceptional! Every one of us around the table ate until we had to undo our belts a notch! The wine was also a great drop and paired beautifully with the dishes we had chosen, even if they were perhaps a little punchy on price for what they were, but it didn’t detract from the experience. This is definitely now a firm favourite for the location!”

“Amazing service above and beyond. Surprised to find them open until 6pm on a Saturday but to receive a call later that evening requesting I take my car down then and there was unbelievable. They not only worked several hours beyond their official closing time and sorted my issue for a very reasonable price but they, Nathan and his auto electrician were so nice and easy to deal with. Very relaxed, friendly and efficient. Can not praise their service and dedication enough.”

“I visited Sophie & Carlie at PixieLola to have Dermaplaning. I found the experience very therapeutic from start to finish. I’d been told that Dermaplaning can hurt or feel uncomfortable, but the sensation on my face felt nice. I also had a jelly mask afterwards which felt incredible on my skin - this, in particular, is highly recommended! Nearly a month on, my skin still feels & looks lush.
