“We rented the larger car for the day for royal ascot. Our driver Mark turned up just before our requested time. Was absolutely charming, friendly and efficient. The car was supplied with water and he helped load and unload the car. We ended up staying three hours past the agreed time (extra charges) and he didn’t mind at all and couldn’t have be friendlier about it. Highly recommend. I will be using them every year”

The baristas were cheerful, quick, and genuinely attentive — you can tell they enjoy what they do. My drink was made perfectly: rich, hot, and exactly the way I ordered it. The pastries were fresh, and the whole shop had a clean, relaxed vibe that made it really easy to sit down and unwind for a bit. Plenty of seating, calm atmosphere… just a great spot to take a breather. If you’re after a reliably good coffee stop with friendly service, this Costa absolutely hits the mark. “We had three short stays over a three week period ranging from 5, 3 and 2 nights. The staff, despite always being busy, were very friendly and helpful. Room 110 was small but okay for a couple of nights, just be careful that the shower desn't overflow onto the bathroom floor (the other two rooms had over-bath showers), room 101 was the smallest so maybe better for just an overnighter, room 111 was larger and therefore more comfortable. We had no issues with noise All of the staff, from the bar and restaurant, kitchen and room service were really friendly, helpful and professional. I really appreciated the historical photographs displated throughout the hotel and pub, linking the hotel to the area at the time around WW2 and to the local RAF base at Northolt. The dining room is the former dance hall, you can really imagine how it might have been back in the 1940's. The meals were great value, it was nice to be able to head downstairs early (Breakfast served from 07:00), grab your free coffee and then order brekkie online to your table. As mentioned previously, apart from one slightly sultry guy, everyone was very friendly and, at times, it was very busy in there. This was an ideal location for us, an easy drive from Heathrow and close to the people and places that we wanted to visit. We were very happy with the value, for a London hotel.”

“We really enjoyed our first meal at Crispy Dosa. We ordered pani poori, bhel poori, Mysore Dosa and mix veg uthappam. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the portions just right. Our daughter (4) and son (10months) liked the pani poori and uthappam best (their first time having these dishes). Dad's dosa was too spicy for them but was enjoyed by the adults so quickly I didn't take a picture! Atmosphere has a nice chilled out canteen vibe, and we were the only table at the time.”
