“Absolutely would recommend this place to everyone! I am an idiot and popped my tyre on a kerb just up the road from here this morning. I stumbled into the shop an absolute mess, crying as I was about to be late to take my best friend to her chemo appointment and obviously had not booked in with the car shop. The man who changed my tire was amazing, he worked quickly and was lovely to me, telling me that it was just a car and explaining the work he was carrying out like I wasn’t an idiot (even though I clearly am!)- extra bonus points too for having a very cute and friendly cat that let me pet him! The price was more than fair especially considering I needed it doing immediately and I was off on my way within 20 mins or so. The friendliness, compassion and kindness the staff showed today coupled with a great price means that I’ll be coming here any time I need anything else doing with the car (and not just when I hit the stupid kerb up the road!) Only downside is very limited car parking onsite and all surrounding areas are resident zones, but it's not too far from Dagenham Heathway station which has great service.”
