Sent me to customer care because she'd need to type the code in for my timber, rather than turning the wood over where the barcode was. Conversely, customer services were great. I needed for of something to qualify for discount, but they only had three in stock. She organised it so I didn't lose out and was really good about it.”

“Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“My daughter and I both had piercings done with Jakob. My daughter is 12 and was having 2nd piercings done in her ears, I was having a helix. Jacob was so lovely and down to earth, putting us both at ease and he explained the whole process to us. I was quite nervous (moreso than my daughter who didn't even flinch!) but Jakob was very confident and efficient, chatting to us throughout the process. All the equipment used was very clean and sterile and Jakob talked us through aftercare. Honestly, this is the second piercing I've had done in World of Tattoos and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
