“Stayed here in August for a trip to Hever Castle - stayed 2 nights and we were very happy with this hotel. Lovely comfortable bed, great grounds for people watching :), great location, such friendly and helpful staff, a credit to the company. We just felt totally relaxed and happy, as we really didnt know what to expect but it was perfect - Would definitely stay again - Fiona & Lee x”

“The most amazing human being I have ever met, honest, trustworthy and reliable. The first time I was introduced to Russell I was almost giving up on my car, everywhere I went to I got quoted a whole hip of money, the last quote I got was £500. It took Russell 5 mins to sort out the problem and asked to give him a tener (£10) I gave him £20, he gained a life time customer ever since. If you are not worried about distance R&R is the place to go, I have recommended Russell to many of friends over the years and they all have been glad I did. The whole experience of a treatment here is wonderful - the aromas, the products, the cosy treatment rooms and most of all Nailya. I have had manicures, pedicures, facials and micro blading. (Love my eyebrows). I completely trust her. She has a wealth of experience and is constantly updating her skills. Her aim is to give you a relaxing and pleasurable time. She always succeeds. “Had my first cut with Bryony 3 weeks ago. She was fabulous - really listened and chopped into my hair in all the right ways, to keep my bob fresh. Always love Michael & his team. Lived close by to the barber for 15 years. Michael is also a caring neighbour, adding to the local community. So go for women’s cuts too - so much more affordable & Bryony’s really great!”

He arrived on crutches unable to weight bare at all, after acupuncture, laser and deep tissue treatment took part in a cup final 2 days afterwards. Sadly, Holly, who was almost seven years old, has since died but she was happy and healthy when she came home to us. We wouldn't hesitate to leave our two new girls with Jo at Binky's in the future.”

Despite the fact that our dog is probably not the easiest dog in the World to groom she always goes happily with Kirsty and comes out looking beautiful and smelling lovely. Kirsty sends a text when our dog is ready for collection so it all works perfectly - well done Kirsty.”
