“Our hire car was hit outside a restaurant in Portugal. We were just coming out when we saw the car flying through the air! The restaurant called the GNER who competed the relevant paperwork. We duly uploaded every copy of the documents required by Halo including photographs. Our claim was acknowledged within a day, considered for settlement 2 days later, confirmed 6 days later and finally settled and refunded within two and a half weeks. That is excellent service. We have had excess insurance for several years without a claim. This has restored my faith when claiming from insurance companies.”
