Absolutely divine! ....Most glorious hidden cafe with delicious vegan Carribbean hot chocolate! The view is amazing and you can also enjoy a plethora of art! I'm definitely going back for food. We sat outside and it was stunning.”

“I visited Inks and Needles in April ‘24 to get a tattoo from Jay, we messaged each other about the design beforehand. Jay’s enthusiasm for his art is absolutely infectious. Everything was clean and hygienic, the aftercare was explained throughly and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I have every intention of coming back for another tattoo as soon as I figure out what I want to have done. While having my tattoo, I noticed the piercer, working with a client. I liked how he talked her through the piercing so decided, spur of the moment to have a helix done. Sandro was happy to talk me through the process, we discussed my existing piercings & he advised me on the most suitable piece for my ear. He explained the cleaning process and advised me to come back to have the bar shortened after 6+ weeks which I did. I recently had to undergo surgery so immediately went to Sandro to have my piercings changed out for plastic retainers. Yesterday I went back again to have the piercings changed back and took the opportunity to have another helix. Again, Sandro was wonderful, helping me choose a huggie for the helix he’d done in April and a cute little flower for the new helix. Everyone at Inks and Needles is so friendly, very professional and extremely knowledgeable, you immediately feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I have recommended Inks and Needles to everyone and anyone who has asked about my piercings and tattoos. Lovely bunch of people!”

“Max has done 3 pieces of work on me and I can safely say he has some of the neatest lines in the industry, I’m really over the moon with his craftsmanship. All 3 pieces of work have a very sentimental meaning to me. Whilst he was working on my sons name, we got chatting and I found out this dude trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (so do I), so we had plenty of story’s tales and techniques to chat about. What a cool dude!!!”

“Had my 11 year old daughter’s ears pierced here and Holly was absolutely fantastic with her. Loved that she put her at ease with her kind and friendly manner and that she explained the whole process so nothing was at all scary. Took the time to check the ears were all lined up, and the actual piercing was done quickly and professionally, my daughter barely felt it. Great selection of earrings and we will be buying some more when we return in six weeks to get the ears checked. Thank you so much Holly for making this such a good experience!”

“A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist. Again thank you so much Joe. Your kindness went a very long way.”

“The Aura is such a beautiful place, came here for my birthday dinner and the food was delicious specially the chilli chicken, drinks were great to, a little mix up happened with the drinks but Addy the bartender was nice and sorted it out, plus the drinks were delicious, staffs are also so polite which made the experience better, Berrie and Dhruvi served me and were so great to me and my girls! i recommend this lounge:)”
