“Air con broke down on way to Devon during heat wave. Local shop told me there was a leak in the system and couldn't be fixed in time for my departure. We have toddler and no air con in this heat was inconceivable. Called Caroline at Paynes Cars on our way home and from the first word she was absolutely awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. She squeezed me in for an assessment on the same day and everything was sorted in a giffy. There was no leak and the car is blissfully cool again. Can't thank the team at Paynes Cars enough. “ASR got back to me really quickly regarding my carpets after an early morning text. Cleaned them within a couple of days of enquiry. Although all the stains didn't come out due to the age and condition of the carpet and 10 years of dogs and teenagers (no one could have removed these stains) the whole upper of the house looked so much cleaner and fresher and ready for me to refurbish. Excellent communication throughout and very trustworthy (left in house on his own for duration of job). Would use again and would recommend.”
