I went in there to get my brakes and exhaust repaired, and had a couple of other issues with my car too so I assumed I wasn't going to be able to get everything repaired on the same day as I thought that it would take a long time. However, everything was done within a few hours and to a high standard. I left the place feeling quite happy and relieved. On top of that, I got my MOT sorted too, which was due in a few days.”

“Brilliant place to have an indian meal. Very friendly, quiet and cosy atmosphere. They have re-done up the restaurant after lockdown and it looks better. I have not been before, but my girlfriend who lives in the area recommended it and it did not disappoint! The chef is from an Indian background; the cafe staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had the dhal meal, with a side portion of steamed rice. Very filling and good value for money :)”

“Life savers! My builder needed 3 more large bags of sharp sand (1 tonne) and told me late Friday afternoon so that he can complete his work on Saturday (tomorrow). Called different companies such as Selco and all can only deliver on a Monday. I called Seccombe and Keith sorted a delivery to my house within minutes! No joke, I was still on the phone paying for the sharp sand and it had arrived in front of my house. It's in the local area but still to organise a delivery within minutes on a Friday afternoon is what I call exceptional service. Will be using this company from now on!”

“I bought a Carerra bike for my son last week from Halfords in Twickenham (Ivy Bridge), and received great service. I went back a few days later to enquire about fitting a gear guard or derailer cover to the bike. Other staff members were not sure it was possible as they had not fitted one before to that bike. However Johno attended to me and went to look at the derailer of the same bike ion display in the store and worked out the best way to fit a gear guard on. As I walk with a crutch, and my son’s bike was in the car, Johno offered to come out to the car and fit gear guard to the cycle while it was still in the car. What brilliant service and Johno is a real credit to the organisation as nothing was too much trouble.”

“Today was my first visit to the cafe with my mum, she highly recommended the cafe to me after a recent visit with her friend. The chef, Suman was extremely welcoming and suggested some food for us to pick from, she catered to my needs of particular ingredients I liked and didn't like. Add some spice and we had vegetable pesto panini, with vegetable pasta. Both dishes were so tasty especially when accompanied by masala chai. We will be back again soon with more friends.”

“The Castle became my local in October 2022 and been through 2 management changes but have to say the new landlords Eddie and Tracey have improved the place dramatically and love going down! Great food and the overall atmosphere is great!! You feel part of a community here! No fights or arguments!. If your looking for a chilled place place to drink and make some new pals this is the place to be!”
