I also had the pleasure of being assisted greatly by Alice, who was so friendly, refreshingly upbeat and personable. She replied to literally every single email within minutes, was utterly 'on point' during all our calls and understood my concerns before I'd even brought them up - amazing; a real asset to the company. I simply cannot recommend this business highly enough and will always book my flights, hotels and holiday packages through Horton Holidays. Their prices are extremely competitive and their excellent service bestows their commitment to providing all their client's with nothing less than a perfect, truly bespoke service.
