“Staff here are absolutely brilliant very helpful and quick to find a solution.. couldn't find the size bolt I had anywhere and was in need of them that same day so the guy at the till kindly measured the bolt for me and told me the exact size. So I was able to buy the correct bolts that day from a different store as unfortunately they didn't stock them in store but other than that the store is amazing other stores need to take note.. a little bit of friendliness and help can go a long way”

“Excellent service I felt listerned to,and as an older driver I wasn't made to feel silly or that I didn't understand, after I left the garage I thought I had a clutch issue and called them to tell them about it and the guy called Rob walked to my car took it for a little drive and said the clutch was fine, again he made me feel listened to and not like a silly old woman. Dobby started with Platinum Dog Walkers when he was 5months old, he is now 10months and loves his walks with them. I found it difficult to find someone who take on a large breed but Platinum Dog Walkers are very accommodating! Ours days tend to vary and this is never problem! Shelly and Sam are great with Dobby! He can be a handful at times but Shelly and Sam are amazing with him!! Always get lots of lovely videos and pictures of what Dobby's walks! Can't recommend them enough!!”

“I collected 2 reconditioned twin port cylinder heads from The Engine Shop 3 weeks ago (Oct 2017) They were packed and ready. However it turned out that my engine needed a lot more reconditioning then was first thought .A complete engine exchange was required My ever reliable garage sourced and fitted it for me. As the heads were already in place l had no use for heads l had purchased from The Engine Shop. Although l grant you that Jim is not a"people" person there was absolutely no quibble about a full refund. The company does all it's reconditioning on site and while l was in Jim's office l noticed paperwork from the well known parts suppliers we all know obviously using The Engine Shop as suppliers. I suggest that all the dissenters should take note of my experience.”
