“I joined the Salsa teaching training on 2 with Maria and it's been fantastic. we have reviewed the Salsa theory, psychological concepts and then we started the actual practice. During the theory session, Maria provided me the right material (songs with different timing, the explanation for Salsa on 2) and afterward, we have reviewed all the footwork for leading and following. She dedicates all the attention even for the minimum detail. I felt so lucky when I started with her my teaching training and I have to say that She is one of the rare dance teachers that She invests in you. If you would like to start the Salsa teaching training is the best teacher that you could work with because She has a very high knowledge of different Salsa styles and especially is competent and organized. The people attending this weekly event is like one big family, but they greet newcomers with open arms and you immediately feel very welcome, regardless of who you are, your dance experience etc. On several occasions, we've travelled all the way from Sweden in order to attend and we've never once been disappointed. Great price, great music and great teachers. The hostess Amanda, apart from being a fab DJ herself, also has a great selection of guest DJs and she lets DJs play that might not get a chance in other places. A big plus is also the free snacks that keeps you going for a full night of dancing, dancing, dancing!”

“If you are looking for an amazing dance school, look no further than HSOD! My youngest started here at 4 years old, with tap and ballet, and eventually joining the street dance class. She absolutely loved it, only stopping due to personal issues. She attended for 2.5 years, and thoroughly enjoyed each class. She is a very shy child, but the school made her confidence grow!! My eldest started later at 10.5 years old, just with street dance. She has attended lessons for over a year, and after her first performance at the annual show, she decided to take on more classes - jazz, tap, ballet and contemporary. My eldest has now embraced dancing, and looks forward to every single class - is currently annoyed as the school is closed for the xmas holidays! The school is run by Sarah and Lucy, and these ladies are amazing in their own ways - very encouraging to all students. Neve is a great teacher, aswell as all the student helpers they have at the school. You will not be disappointed with this dance school. We highly recommend this school!!”
