When I go to a beauty centre for the first time I want to find a friendly environment, where the beauty therapists try to make the experience the least unpleasant possible. Until now I couldn't find such a place. Today was the day! It was the best wax experience I have ever had in my entire life. The sugaring was pain-free and it left my skin without the typical redness after waxing. Renata was so caring, professional and kind. I felt totally at ease with her and she explained all the treatments she was doing and the products she was using. I will ask for her during my future treatments. The beauty centre is very clean and it is not something you can take for granted in London. I absolutely recommend it to anyone living in the area.”
