“Have eaten here on a few occasions, and also just popped in for a drink while on a dog walk. Always friendly staff, and very dog friendly. The food is great and the service is good.”

“We stopped here by 7pm, without pre booking, on Saturday 2/11/24. Spacious, quiet, clean, with the tables situated apart, which made it more private. A prompt, friendly service and once ordered, we didn't have to wait for long. The salad bar was freshly filled and tasty. We had a main meal only; chicken combo and rib/chicken combo. The chicken was succulent, well presented, cooked to our liking and the meals were tasty. I enjoyed the experience here and would definitely visit again, should I pass this way.”

“Heard about this place from a friend, about how good it was, so I went there with my family, and I must say the service was excellent! All staff were really friendly. And the food was amazing, I tried the honey lamb kofta, it’s a must! Thank you Spice Station for your hospitality, will come back soon!”

“The most welcoming people. Wonderful generous value for money, smart décor and a wide choice of dishes. Only came in for a classic all day breakfast. This is SET 3 of a choice of six! I asked for the beans (worth little) to be replaced by mushrooms (pricey) and they didn't charge me any extra! The coffee was frothy and potent, and adding two more bits of hot proper buttered toast was just a quid more! So £7.95 and a real treat. From steak to seafood and sandwiches, omelettes and wicked fruity pie deserts! Parking is mostly easy on this brilliant little parade and I will be baaaack!!”

A beautiful walk welcome as soon as you got to the door, a lovely lady was there to open it for you & take your coat etc. The place was spacious, very clean & a lovely ambiance. The food was plentiful & so delicious, great variety of both food & drinks. Great service, every staff member was warm & friendly. The bathroom was kept in good condition, clean, with interesting artwork on display. It was my first time; but definitely won't be my last, Please God.”

Awesome tea, sandwiches, and cakes, and the smaller sized scones were perfect, given the huge spread. Highly recommend. We were a party of 9 and they took care of us really well, right from emailing back and forth about our vegetarian and kid-friendly requirements. The garden at the back was great to take a stroll after the heavy tea. The sunny weather was indeed icing on the cake.”

“The most wonderful experience at Par 3 lounge. My boyfriend and I travelled Sri Lanka in February and were craving some authentic Sri Lankan cuisine and it tasted exactly like the food we had out there! Fresh, authentic, flavoursome and beautiful. Food that leaves you smiling. The chef came over and we had a chat, everyone that worked there was so kind and friendly, they even gave us a traditional Sri Lankan dessert on the house! It was worth every penny if not more, this little gem is the perfect spot if you love authentic food. Thank you so much, we will be back with our families!”

“My partner and I visited this lovely cafe. He ordered a delicious smoothie which he thoroughly enjoyed and the jacket potatoes we both had were very tasty. The salad on the side was fresh and went well with our potatoes :). We'd definitely visit the cafe again, the waiters were delightful. Many thanks.”

“Lovely Indian restaurant with a very lovely and helpful service team. The service was exquisite and made us feel very welcome. The quality of the food was really good, lots of well spiced chutneys, salads and meats. The poppadoms and the sauces and salads were all fresh and tasty, especially the mint mango sauce and onion and cabbage salad. The bhajis were well spiced and crispy while not being soggy. The tandoori thali we had was grilled very well and did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy and flavourful, the lamb was nice and soft and the kebab was especially flavourful. The naan was steaming fresh and crispy, a delightful combination with the meats and sauces. The rice was also fragrant and boiled to perfection. The pricing was more than reasonable and we fed 3 people comfortably for 40 quid. Overall, I have to say this is one of the nicer Indian restaurants that I have visited.”

“Horrified to see poor reviews, as the food is very good quality for the price and they ALWAYS deliver in super rapid time, often ahead of the estimate. Perfect accuracy too, as they read your order back to you. The veggie in a tizz is being culturally unreasonable.”

“Today I had what was a near-perfect fast food experience in Costco's food court. There is no more queuing to ask for what you want; you select what you want from one of five touch screen terminals, which are well removed from where the food is served, so you don't get to jam-up the serving process while you dither over what you want. I like the way the calories are really clear; a jacket potato can mean anything between about 500 and 1200 calories, depending which filling you opt for. You pay at the terminal, take your ticket and wait your turn. I reckon I waited for about 1 minute, before my order got shouted out, and my huge potato with beef chilli sauce was thrown on to the stainless steel counter. No one wanted to see my ticket, it was up to me to be listening and grab my food and get on with it, which I am fine with. They have placed loads of tables in there, including lots of standing tables, for the people like me who are fine with eating standing up and leaving the seats free for weaker humans. The food was great, a nice large properly baked spud, and the beef chilli sauce was really nice, all for £2.99. It was quick, cheap, satisfying and unceremonious, which is everything I want from fast food.”
