“I remember the Reigate branch of the Art of Living back in the 1970s. A tiny shop crammed with well designed and beautiful essentials for the kitchen. Fast forward and now looking online for a good quality frying pan for my daughter’s 30th birthday, I found a good priced Le Creuset on the Art of Living website. What a great job this company has done in establishing an online presence without losing the personal touch. I was able to speak to the actual person in the warehouse who would drive the product to the shop closest to me, and when I got there the shop manager was SO informed and helpful with her advice that I ended up buying a different le creuset sauté pan. Daughter thrilled. If only all shopping could be like this .”

She ensured we had adjoining rooms and was so welcoming when we arrived. The excellent service continued at dinner and also breakfast. Portions were amazing and honestly could not fault anything. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious and we would definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff who were extremely attentive.”

“Our outdoor kitchen and room , built by Ghost is just beautiful and has added to the quality of life for our family. Blessed with almost our own rugby team, family get togethers often leave us fighting for space. We decided what we needed to do was use our garden, remove our old broken down shed and invest in an outside space that would give us the extra space for gatherings or for work or to get away from the family for a bit of piece. From start to finish everything was handled by Ghost, from planning, managing all contractors and keeping us fully briefed at each stage of the build. “My local go to shop for Aga items and paint. Beautiful range of paint colours, not cheap but they do good discounts during sale. After failing to find matching stone tiles for my bathroom elsewhere, as a last resort decided to check out FE, I left with an unexpected order of mosaic stone tiles on a 20% discount and limestone grout as well! Thanks to Louisa who not only explained to me the nature of stone tiles and differences between them but also tried different options for my stone tile slab which I brought to her. The complimentary mosaic tiles as my feature wall in my shower compliments the different colours in my existing bathroom tiles and solves the problem of having to worry about the large colour variation in natural stone slabs which may leave me with an entirely different coloured wall.
