“We chose Little Cubs in Greenwich because my eldest went to the nursery in Honor Oak before we moved to Greenwich. My son loved the HO branch, and the Greenwich location was really great too. The staff are incredibly caring and communicative, the space is amazing, and we loved the fact the children spend so much time outdoors in nature and on trips. We would like the thank LCA for the wonderful care and memories. My son goes on to school having made some great friends.”

The team’s care and attention have truly put my mind at ease. Another thing that reassures me is seeing the owner around frequently. It’s clear she is personally involved in the day-to-day life of the nursery, checking in with the children and staff, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Knowing that she is so present gives me confidence that my son is in a truly caring and well-managed environment. One of the things I love most is the daily photo updates – it’s wonderful to see what he’s been up to throughout the day and the little moments that make me smile. The meals prepared by their on-site chef are not only delicious but also healthy, giving me confidence that he’s getting the best nutrition while at nursery. I also really appreciate how the nursery celebrates and explores different cultures, helping children learn about the world in a fun and inclusive way. It’s clear that every child’s development and happiness is a priority here. We have a very good communication with the staff, everybody is very caring, flexible and attentive to him. He is very happy going to the nursery, that's the principal for us. “Great staff, l remember when my baby got his BCG , it was a cold and rainy day but it ended up being a good day for my baby and l , the place was conducive for breastfeeding and relaxing and the staff were all so nice ,my baby was still a newborn and l was exhausted but that day my energy was boosted and made me more confident of going out and wanting to attend more class.”

“My daughter has been at The Pickford since she was 9 months old and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff have been fantastic and my daughter loves going to nursery. They’ve helped my husband and I as first time parents to understand the different milestones, set realistic goals and handle dealing with tantrums! The nursery has such a wonderful family feel to it and has helped my daughter gain skills, confidence and make fantastic friends (with the other children and staff!). A great, welcoming environment and I am so happy and comfortable sending my child in everyday. We could not recommend enough!!”

“I couldn't imagine a better place for my son and I am so grateful to Joanna and her team of wonderful, kind carers. My son joined Rainbow House at 11 months old at a time when he only wanted to be with his mum and dad. We did a gradual settling in and thanks to JoJos's patience and through various engaging activities and a lot of one to one time they built trust and a great relationship with him. My son loves going to Rainbow House and talks about Jojo and his friends constantly! They do perform miracles - he eats his lunch even on days when he eats nothing at home. At nap time he goes to sleep on his own (since his first full day) even though he has never done this at home once! After two months his vocabulary exploded with words and phrases. They are constantly doing fun activities- playing in the garden, messy play, arts and crafts - each week has a different theme. I would highly recommend Rainbow House, they have exceeded all my expectations. It's a truly magical, happy place!”

We aspired for a better, all rounded setting offering outdoor play and lots of stimulation and above all fun, which is everything that Glenangels is! I now also have my younger son there and they both come home bursting with positive energy, and big smiles on their faces every single day. Glenangels is a family run business and you truly feel the family vibe. It is like our children's second home, and we are able to get on with our working day without a single moment of angst or worry. Within just a few weeks, I noticed a huge positive change in my son’s confidence, happiness, and manners — he genuinely looks forward to going every day. The staff are professional, caring, and go above and beyond to create a warm, supportive environment. Having previously used local childminders, I can honestly say that the level of care, structure, and learning opportunities at Little Hearts are on a completely different standard. The environment is nurturing, stimulating, and well-organised, and the staff are well-mannered, highly trained and genuinely care about each child’s individual needs and progress. I also love that they use the Tapestry app to share updates and photos — it gives parents real peace of mind. The difference compared to childminders settings is remarkable. My only regret is not sending my older son here. The Little Hearts team is simply outstanding, and I’m so grateful for the support, care, and encouragement they have given my child — truly an amazing preschool!”

“An absolutely fabulous nursery. My son only attended one day a week but his progress in all areas sped up phenomenally after only a few sessions. Being at BP boosted his confidence, his interest in art, his social skills and his language and numeracy skills immensely. I can't emphasise enough just how lovely the staff are at BP; Henry looked forward to seeing them every week and barely gave me a second glance once dropped off! The staff were always consistent and everyone I spoke to there knew exactly who my son was and all his likes, dislikes and habits. A far cry from a previous nursery he attended where I saw his key worker twice in about three months and there was no sense of closeness with the toddlers at all... Henry always had the best time at BP, especially getting to go outside exploring every day he was there. We were absolutely devastated to leave and only did so because we were moving out of area. I would highly recommend this nursery if you are looking for a calm, well organised, friendly environment and professional staff who go above and beyond for the kids.”

After viewing many preschool sites in the local area, this one stood out for numerous reasons, including the size of the outdoor play space. The children already attending and staff welcomed us into the setting. We felt a warmth and a home from home feeling instantly. The staff here are amazing they go up and beyond for the children here, they always update the online journal daily where I was able to access it from home and see what my daughter has been doing for the day. They helped with toilet training encouraged her communication and boosted her confidence. The start to her educational chapter has been a breeze knowing she had such a great start here at St Edith’s pre-school.”

“From the very first visit, I had that wonderful feeling that Sofia’s setting was the right place for my son. Sofia’s home is a caring, fun, and stimulating environment, full of adventures and learning. The activities Sofia does with the children are fantastic — trips out, learning how to care for each other, playing and exploring, arts and crafts, and helping Josiah get ready to start school in September. The list is endless! As Josiah has grown, I’ve seen how the activities have changed and developed, especially during the time when the younger children nap. These activities clearly help prepare the older ones for the next chapter of school life. Josiah has certainly been well prepared for school by Sofia — from being able to put on his shoes and coat and zip them up, to holding a pencil correctly and using scissors — all while still having plenty of time to play and have fun. Personally, I feel that being in a childminder’s setting, where Josiah has been able to grow and interact with both older and younger children over the past four years, has been invaluable. There has been so much peer learning — caring for younger friends and learning from older ones — something you don’t always get in a nursery setting where children are often separated by age. Sofia, this is a heartfelt thank you — from the anxious, nervous mum on day one to the now very proud mum of a confident, caring boy who is loving school. P.S. Josiah misses you lots! ❤️”
