On pickup, the Staff said it would update in 24-48 hours, but it didn't. The Mercedes Me app team told me to return to the dealership for a reset. When I called, I was told I needed to book the car in for the day, which wasn't convenient, as I knew it was only a minor job -and also an error caused by the workshop team. Despite promises to follow up with a call, I never received a response. Eventually, I spoke with Keith, who quickly coordinated the update while I was on the phone—I brought in the car, and he resolved the issue within 10 minutes on the same day. I would like to say that Keith successfully transformed a frustrating experience into an efficient solution-”
