My Invisalign treatment by Dr Sarika and by Anthonia was handled with great professionalism and care, and the results have been excellent. Afterward, I had restorative work done — including composite bonding on my front teeth — which looks fantastic and very natural. Dr. Cristina also replaced several of my old fillings with modern, aesthetic restorations, and her attention to detail and thorough approach really stood out. I’ve also had several dental cleaning appointments over this period, all performed to a very high standard and with great results. The tooth needed to be extracted and Lauren was absolutely brilliant! She was very calming, explained the procedure in detail and carried out the extraction very efficiently. Couldn’t ask for more!”

“I was very nervous about today having had to book a tooth extraction. Dr Fionnuala Lyons spoke to me a few days before the procedure to ensure I understood what was happening and on the day she talked to me to make me comfortable She made sure I was calm before the extraction. She put me at ease by playing music from a concert we had both attended. She asked me what I was comfortable with I.e did I want to hear what she was doing throughout the process or did I prefer not to know. She recognized when I was uncomfortable or in pain and paused to ensure I was okay. I would definitely recommend her.”

I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. “I have been delighted with each visit to my dentist Aliya Nazerali. I am a “nervous” patient but she always puts me at ease and is extremely considerate whatever my treatment. I’ve had a crown and a new veneer and the level of expertise, knowledge and kindness in the chair has been second to none. I’m so delighted with my treatment that when my son wanted teeth whitening my only caveat was he had to see Aliya!! Trust is so important.”

“I attended an emergency appointment and despite being 5 mins (due to acute sciatica) I was treated with kindness and understanding. The dental nurse receptionist were both very helpful and made accommodations for my condition. They talked me through the essentials patiently and opened the door for me, even though I would have managed it myself. Small gestures like this make the world of difference from a customer experience perspective. The dentist was thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She diagnosed the issue and validated it with an xray and provided me with all the follow up treatment options. II left with antibiotics and will return for the second part of the treatment. Unfortunately they don’t do root canals so I will have to find another dentist t complete it. Nevertheless I have a clear care path and the immediate crisis has been treated. Thank you to the team and I can recommend wholeheartedly.”

“I went with my 2 kids (2 + 7yrs old) to see Dr Du & Anna it was a good experience with no tears they were excited for stickers but they didn’t any. Regardless, there were no tears and they did enjoy it they’re excited to go back in 6 months. As for me, Dr Du was amazing she fixed a filling for me (thank you so much!). I’ve been going here since I was a child and now I have children so they’re definitely really good!! I recommend them Update: They did make up for the stickers and have been amazing at keeping their stock filled since :)”

“I started my Invisalign and dental treatment with Dr. Jana 8 months ago and as someone who has a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, the main thing that stood out with Dr. Jana was how he made sure I was involved with my own treatment plan, and how he was supportive at every step and made sure I was always comfortable. I genuinely felt heard and given time and patience and cared for - and I don’t think I’m the easiest patient to deal with. The results are already looking amazing and I can’t wait to finish my treatment plan!”
