“The maths department was very good at helping me when I started retaking maths back in September 2023 we had extra revision lessons during half terms and the teachers were very supportive of our learning. My teachers seema and Sam were helpful caring and understanding when it came to helping out with topics I wasn’t so strong on and were able to keep the classes attention and also kept the room lively. I’m happy we used the website mathswatch as I think it’s a great tool to help with revision and it definitely helped me when preparing for my exams this year. I’m pleased to say I have finally passed maths at grade 4 and it’s all thanks to the teachers at Stanmore that helped me get to this level.”

I write this review in sadness at the realisation that weekly classes for me have ended as I now move onto university, but I am reminded of the incredible students at DGCA, whose passion and creativity make me hopeful for the future of coding. “An Italian style coffee shop. Excellent coffee which is smooth and strong. The cakes are really great and home made. Very reasonable price as well. The lunch options are paninis, sandwiches and salad bowls, plus baked potatoes and priced between £3.50 and £8.50. Cakes £2.90 Coffees around £2-3 with Americano £2.40 and cappuccino £2.70. This is a friendly cafe with outdoor seating and ideal for coffee and cake whilst out shopping or light lunches with friends. A really lovely addition to this fast improving High Street.”
