“Not sure why people are complaining. It’s not that serious. They are direct and to the point. I am here to lose weight first and foremost. Hospitality comes second. I have lost weight using this clinic and that’s the most important for me. My experience has been positive: they have been flexible and always be accommodated me, even at the last minute. I am happy with service and will continue using it.”
