“Our 5 month old golden retriever puppy Henry had his first groom at Doug's Dogs Grooming yesterday - Angela was very friendly and professional and. gave us some good advice on how to keep him well groomed at home and what brushes are best. Henry seemed super happy following his puppy wash and spa treatment so it was obviously a positive experience for him. He looked so smart and smells great. 10/10 would recommend. We have also started taking him to the Doug's Dogs 'Happy Puppy' classes which are taught in groups of 5 puppies, so are nice and small and the trainers Kevin and Doug are great. Very patient and knowledgeable.”

“After every groom at George’s, our cockapoo gets big smiles and comments about how incredibly good he looks. And despite the fact that we moved house, we choose to drive 50 mins to Wimbledon Village (and 50 back) and take our dog there because we simply haven’t found a better groomer. Not for lack of trying, I can assure you. At George’s, they listen to what we want and actually do that. Absolutely the best, thank you for making our boy look so gorgeous every 6 weeks, despite his attempts to be as messy as possible in the meantime:)”

He had so many helpful tips to make the first few months of puppy life stress free for the whole family. Drew always responded to messages and was a fountain of knowledge with any questions or concerns that I had. My dog absolutely loved training with Drew (he also taught me how to carry on teaching my dog with the tips and tricks to keep up the good work) The online store is full of great products and is delivered the same evening. “Such a fun place. The Pet-a-Pooch is a great experience, it's my second time being there and will definitely be back. The dogs are so friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. A really unique experience. There's a variety of dogs, they are all so well behaved and it was interesting getting to know all their personalities. Being able to give them treats is also a great part of the experience. The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly. The cafe part itself is also very cute, they serve a great matcha latte. Definitely a must-do experience for any dog lover.”

“We took our rescue pup to Albert's for a full groom. We really nervous because she doesn't take to strangers well at all. Turned out we were nervous for no reason. She loved the team, they were so kind and reassuring. When we came back to pick her up she looked amazing and was such a happy girl. “Karolina is attentive, caring and most of all treats our dog as if her own. We have a lil boy that’s full of attitude and generally takes a while to warm up to people. It only took them 2 walks before they were inseparable friends. Our dog gets super excited to go for walks with Karolina and his other furry friends. We could not recommend Karolina enough. She really cares about all the dogs, and ensures the personalities fit each other by scheduling them on specific days.”

“Our standard dachshund, Sniper, recently stayed with Sam and her daughter, Daisy, for five nights whilst we were away. He received excellent care and did not appear to miss us. Sam sent us regular messages and photo/ video updates about Sniper, who was very happy - slept well, ate well and thoroughly enjoyed the company of the other dachshunds and of Sam and Daisy. I particularly liked the fact that the dogs were walked in the fields each day, also the play activities and stimulation which Sam incorporated into their days. We collected a very contented dachshund.”

“Absolutely wonderful service from Dog in Black for a number of years now. My Labrador Ted has been walked by them 3-4 times a week for at the last two-three years. The carers over that time have always been fantastic, very communicative and clearly experienced and dog lovers in general. For anyone interested in more of the details, for the standing arrangements where your pup is walked 3-4 times a week on similar/the same days they aim to have the same carer do all of their walks. Its a great setup which means that my dog builds a great relationship/bond with the walkers. Special shoutout to Becky, Alana, Louise and Madika who have all at various times been Teds primary walker and have always done an amazing job. They send you lovely updates after the walk every day, and when you're having a bad day in the office its always nice to get a few pictures/videos of your dog out there living his best life. They have always been very flexible and quick to respond on the administrative side and I really have nothing but good things to say about them. Thanks to all of the team and I look forward to many more years of one seriously happy and tired Labrador when I get in from the office.”
