“I'm giving a 5* review because, I received a facial this morning, given by a trainee which I can honestly say was as good as, and if not better than some of the high end expensive facials' I've had over the years. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing in a spotless environment. My skin feels clean, fresh and has an amazing glow. My trainee was friendly, caring and professional. My personal health & risk assessment was adhered too, the remainder of the team were lovely. Well done and thank you.”

“My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home! “We visited Oaklands on Thursday evening, it was busy but the staff members who greeted us kindly allowed us to sit in the bar area. The food was delicious and a lovely range on the carvery. The staff were very accommodating and seemed to attend to everyone’s need even though they were busy.”

He also provides options for you to consider so you feel like more control of your situation instead of feeling “take it or leave it” like all the other dental practice I have visited before. And the staffs are very on top of your case. You can tell they care about you and you are just not another “case” they have to deal with. I recommended my family to come to this practice and they also said good words about them as well.”

“Shoshana is an amazing dance teacher that has created something really special at the school. On top of excellent classes in a range of styles, the fact that the girls (and boys) get to perform in professional settings - at theatres, Disneyland Paris, and the O2 is an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime. Shoshana is exceptionally dedicated to what she does, and this filters down to the students of all ages. Totally recommended.”

“We moved to Next Level last year after spending 9 years at another academy, and honestly, my daughter has made more progress in the last 6 months here than in the previous 3 years elsewhere. This is entirely thanks to the incredible teaching staff. From day one, Nikki has been amazing—assessing my daughter, guiding us to the right class, and helping us choose the best swimming activities (and they have plenty!). The late evening classes are brilliant—no traffic, no rushing around. The water polo camp was a real highlight—well organised, affordable, and so much fun for the kids. My daughter learned new skills, made friends, and couldn’t wait to go back each day. One thing that really stands out is how attentive the teachers are. They watch the kids constantly, guide them, and truly listen to them. My daughter absolutely loves going, leaves every lesson with a big smile, and can’t wait to tell me what she’s learned. Parents can also watch the classes, and the teachers are always approachable if you need to speak to them. Communication is excellent—you receive detailed progress reports, but you can also just have a friendly chat with the staff. They are incredibly encouraging and supportive of the kids.
