“Both my mother and I were so impressed with the dedication of the service. It was undertaken with such professionalism and kindness. The care was extremely efficient and everything was done very clinically from head to toe even though it was outside on the forecourt of the hotel. Every step to make my mother as comfortable as possible was done and done speedily without loosing any care and this was brought through to when she was wheelchaired into the hotel room.
