The first time I was introduced to Russell I was almost giving up on my car, everywhere I went to I got quoted a whole hip of money, the last quote I got was £500. It took Russell 5 mins to sort out the problem and asked to give him a tener (£10) I gave him £20, he gained a life time customer ever since.
