“Colourist Simon always - I have never been disappointed with his skill to make my hair look great. He has been my colourist for years and I will never change to another colourist! Receptionist always helpful and friendly, as indeed are all the staff at Woking branch.”

“The Crown in Horsell is a charming and welcoming village pub that offers a fantastic blend of great food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're popping in for a casual drink or a hearty meal, this place delivers on all fronts. The menu features classic British pub dishes with a modern twist—think succulent burgers, perfectly cooked fish and chips, and delicious Sunday roasts with all the trimmings. The ingredients are fresh, portions generous, and everything is reasonably priced, making it excellent value for money. What really sets The Crown apart is its warm, community vibe. The staff are attentive and genuinely friendly, creating a home-away-from-home feel. The outdoor seating area is a lovely spot in the summer, and the cozy interior with its rustic decor makes it equally inviting in winter. They also host regular events, from quiz nights to live music, adding to the lively local spirit. If you're in Horsell and looking for a pub that nails the essentials—good food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere—The Crown is a top choice. Highly recommended for a relaxed meal or a fun night out!”
“Super comfortable theatre, lots of leg room- if you’re tall and/or have long legs this is the place for you.”
“Wonderfully old fashioned and brilliant boozer. Incredibly helpful when my car broke down. Organising local people to help resolve the issue.”
“My children love dancing, my girl especially and this is the perfect opportunity for them to release their inner creativity. Dancebites enable them to shine brighter and demonstrate their wonderful personalities to the world. I can't recommend them enough, Dancebites is a fantastic and caring team who treat each child as such individuals encouraging the very best out of them all.”
“I love Shani's classes, she is very passionate about ballet and so comes to each class with energy. She kindly correct, helping me improve my technic and creates a warm environment that encourages people to try. Would highly recommend!”
“The theatre is located in the Victoria Centre, a very large department store complex with many shops. The theatre has two bars (also serving coffee) and clean toilets. There are no bad seats; you have a good view of the stage from everywhere. We saw the Kinks musical ‘Sunny Afternoon’. It was excellent.”
“Lovely, old, beamed traditional pub with great hosts in Alan and Yvonne. Great pizzas and paninis. Lively music scene with fortnightly open mic nights and live music at weekends. Good large garden too!”
“I have been a parent of three students of Italia Conti. The level of training is as good as it gets. Their staff care so much about getting the best out of all students and getting them ready for the performance indusrty. Thank you IC!”
“Really Not just another pub. Staff, super attentive and friendly. Actually looked like they enjoy working there. Food couldn’t fault it. On time, plenty of it and really good quality. Well done all !”
“We had our daughter’s 8th birthday party at Cirquescape and it was excellent. The kids had great fun, the instructor was knowledgeable and well organised (and very good at ensuring a gang of excited 7 and 8 year olds stayed safe). I can’t recommend the Cirquescape team highly enough, they are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble!”
“I had the pleasure of attending a performance by Peer Productions last night, featuring my son Max, and it was nothing short of amazing. Peer Productions have launched a new youth theatre in April 2024, and based on last night's show, I can confidently say they are set to make a significant impact on the community. This term, the company has been focusing on providing opportunities for 16 young people aged 13-18 in Surrey, particularly those who might otherwise be unable to access extracurricular activities. The dedication and passion of both the participants and the team were evident in every aspect of the performance. Over the course of the project, the young performers have honed their performance and devising skills, culminating in a truly impressive show. It was heartening to see the creativity, confidence, and teamwork on display, making it a memorable evening for all in attendance. Peer Productions not only nurtures young talent but also fosters a supportive and inclusive environment. I wholeheartedly recommend this theatre company to anyone looking to encourage their child's passion for drama and performing. Thank you Lucy Barton, Arlo Bolger, Flo Clarke and everyone who helped this group of amazing teenagers! Bravo, Peer Productions!”
“Lecia has a knack for making you feel relaxed and welcome. Certainly not the strict stuffy ballet teachers of my past. Both my daughter and I attend dance classes with her and we LOVE it.”
