“I entered my womanhood filled with pain and agony since the age of 11. I was plagued by monthly cramps, some so severe it lasted for 6 hours with continuous vomiting. Every month, I hated my cycle, that very essence that symbolised my womanhood. In my despair and desperation, I turned to traditional medicine - and was told to switch off my hormones in order to function. For the next 13 years I was on hormonal therapy. I turned off the pain, but also unknowingly turned off the feminine part of me. “Visited gym as a pay as you go visitor. Great value for money. Some decent equipment, not busy when I went that you had to q. Enough free weights for non athlete's and serious weight lifters. No sauna, but reflected in price. Not a swimmer, but the pool looks great and is heated. They have spin classes etc here, so a bit of something for everyone but the most serious/committed gym goer.”

“Absolutely amazing. Had my daughter’s 11th Birthday here these weekend and could recommend more. Sam was so helpful and accommodating with the booking of the party, and Adders and Mollie were great on the day. I had a group of 30 children aged 6-11 and every single one of them came away saying what a fabulous party it was. Couldn’t recommend more.”

“Can’t recommend Renaé enough. I suffer with severe back and neck pain after a car accident over ten years ago and I have seen soooo many professionals to try to relieve some of my pain. Not one of them compare to Renaé, she truly is amazing. I’ve seen her 5 times so far and every time I leave her I feel so much better. “Excellent trainer!!! After taking my puppy to several classes for training, I realised that it was not working and this is when I found Cherished Pets of Brentwood. Sherry is an excellent 1 on 1 trainer, within minutes of being around my 10 month old puppy, she knew what needed to be done and how to do it. Sherry has astonishing in depth knowledge on dogs which I have learned so much from. Our puppy is extremely hyperactive and Sherry had the patience’s for her and happily took me and the puppy through each step on what needed to be done. Mags even went to her day care and will be going back shortly for further session to socialise with other dogs. Throughout her day care session Sherry sent me updates on how she was getting on and looked after her as if she was one of her own. Thank you for all the help you have given me with the training.”
