“I've been coming to the pole class here for 6 years and absolutely love it! Jade, the instructor is incredibly encouraging and supportive. She has created such a welcoming atmosphere, making everyone feel comfortable regardless of their experience level. “Daria worked with our dog Mochi after the pandemic. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. She taught him a series of fun games through which he learnt how to be more obedient and his recall is amazing now! It has been almost 2 years and he is still enjoying the games D taught us. “Cons: bad mobile reception once you are in. Layout is a bit of a mess.. you almost need a Thorpe park style map to help you navigate around. No steam room, shower gels / conditioner. I guess it’s a better gym so shouldn’t expect it.. All that said, still a 5 star review… why. Pros: has lots of varied equipment. Swimming pool is large. Reasonably priced.”

“The moment of dread when I realised that I had seriously injured my shoulder was replaced with a calming thought that I knew exactly who to turn to. I made the call to Ruislip Physiotherapy Team, who I had visited previously with lower back pain. From the very first phone call, the receptionist was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful in finding me an appointment quickly. Within 3 days, I had an appointment with whoever was available, and this was when I met the lovely Adam and started my healing journey. The patience and care of my treatment over the following months was second to none. The rollercoaster of a partially torn rotator cuff meant a lot of ups and downs and slow, steady recovery, which Adam guided me through with expertise and reassurance. Every visit was made easier by the friendly and welcoming reception team, who always greeted me with a smile and made scheduling and any queries completely stress-free. I cannot recommend Ruislip Physiotherapy Team enough — from the first point of contact to the ongoing treatment, the whole experience was outstanding.”
