“I can’t praise the team at Pet People highly enough. They cared for Bobby my diabetic border terrier for the last years of his life. I am absolutely sure that the wonderful care they gave him ensured that he never suffered and continued to enjoy life right up until the end. Every vet and all the support staff at the practice treated him - and me - with the same care and compassion and when he did eventually die at a great age, they looked after us both with such kindness. I’m happy to say we have a new puppy now. He had his first appointment this week. I can’t think of a better, kinder and more professional group of people to help me look after him.”

“I went in to look at the different options of dry food for my dog who needed to lose a little weight. The staff were extremely helpful explaining the different foods and what would be best for my dog based on age and weight. I also needed to get her a new harness and they helped me and tried various ones on my dog until one was found that was comfiest with the best fit. Which also turned out to be the cheaper one which showed they were working on the dogs best interest not on making money. It was a good experience and very helpful.”

“After my Galah cockatoo managed to get his foot stuck in the cage and dislocated his foot, we drove an hour to Tari Vets after being booked in for the first available appointment. Harvey managed to set his foot into place and a week onwards my Parrot is back to being a happy noisy bird. Cant thank Harvey enough, top guy who knows his stuff. We are glad we could find a specialist who could help.”

They stock a wide range of different dog food in various sizes and I have never not been able to buy the food I need. They stock a wide range of healthy treats for pets, which is great as my dog loves treats! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They all have a great knowledge of their products and love their recommendations.”

Goes out of he’s way for he’s customers and if doesn’t stock or have anything in stock your after will happily order it for you. “I can honestly say that our fur babueschad the time of thrte life with Ronnie and all the other dogs and pups!! I was in hospital for over 2 weeks and Ronnie kindly fitted them in . She came to our house red them, let out into our garden firca play, then walked them to her house to make nea friends, which they did! The reassurance that they were happy and cared for was such a relief. Ronnie has a heart of gold and loves what she does. I will definitely leave my babies with Pets be Happy anytime”

“Doesn't look like much from outside but I might say, took my little furbaby in about 2 or 3 weeks ago after seeing a lump on her head (thinking she might have cancer), with a quick check, draining of the abscess and antibiotics, and an insect bite, my little one is all better now.
