“6 years after a ridiculously traumatic experience I was convinced by a good friend to undertake some therapy. A different medically qualified friend recommended Catherine and her advice was duly followed. Following a couple of consultations we agreed to try the therapy along with the EMDR technique which Catherine practices. I have been genuinely surprised at the effectiveness of this approach. It's now 5 months later, and I am signed off. My background is as a research scientist, and I observe that I sleep better, am more effective at work and am generally far happier and function far better. Friends, including the one who recommended I try therapy, commented openly from the start of treatment that there was a noticeable improvement in my demeanour and mood. I had left this 6 years as I am used to overcoming pretty much anything that life throws at me. After undertaking this treatment I really do wish I had done it far earlier. “Had several jobs completed by Alan at Dale restoration, one was a tricky, difficult job involving several pieces of metal coming together in a roof section. Alan went above and beyond to remove all traces of rust and treat areas. He took apart a sourced roof section and pieced it back in - you wouldn’t know anyone had been there. Painted roof and repaired hinges in the process and finished off painting some on the inside as he wanted the job go look good inside too. I was very pleased with the result and was able to refit some of the interior, knowing it’s sound underneath. Top chap and very helpful throughout the process.”
