“I found this company easy to deal with. Ordered a dress ring on behalf of elderly mother, it arrived promptly, she changed her mind and didnt want it so we returned it and it was credited promptly. Sadly mother passed away but because ring was ordered in my husbands' name we kept getting promotions and letters, tried to cancel them online but didn't have much luck but a phone call to customer services was answered quickly, and our name was removed from the mailing list whilst I was on the phone. Couldn't be more simple.”

“Myself and wife stayed at the Westleigh for 2 nights. The hosts David and Jane were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the room with Super King bed which was very comfortable, with a modern bathroom overlooking there beautiful garden. Breakfast was excellent. Nice lounge if you wanted to sit and read or look at the garden.”
