“Caught my wife's door mirror on our front wall while reversing. Went to another bodyshop and quoted £460 for a new door mirror no other option given. Tried ft smartfix for first time and told he could change the mirror but as the damage was minor he could quickly just touch it up before my wife got home. 10 minutes later it's not so noticeable. Not a complete repair but just made it look better and the best thing is when I asked how much, I was told don't worry about it. Gave the guy £20 for being a gentleman and genuine. Thanks for a wonderful experience.”
