I was seen just after 9.40am by Dr Pardhanani who is organising a hospital appointment in the next 2 weeks hopefully. Since Covid-19 my month medications have become worse due to no more Repeat Prescriptions ticked for collection. Computers now decide. Receptionists are the only way I can obtain what's not been obtained, causing more work for them. Receptionist are much respected and am grateful for their assistance.”
