“Mandy is one of the most kindest, compassionate and understanding people i have ever met. I had just came out of a 7 year abusive relationship when i started seeing her. I was advised by a doctor it may help to speak to someone i didnt know. The old me would have said no way! But at this point in my life i had nothing left to loose. I felt empty and worthless with no confidence and no friends. I stopped leaving the house as i felt like everyone hated me and i wasnt good enough. After my first session with mandy i felt i couldnt wait till the next week. just to be able to speak to someone about it all and be honest and not have to lie or be embarrassed about what ive been through.
