Located within the Trinity Bar in Harrow, Trinity Pole Academy offers a unique and empowering fitness experience. This studio provides a welcoming space for the local community to explore the art of pole fitness. The academy offers pole dance and fitness classes catering to all abilities, from absolute beginners to advanced levels. Instruction includes technical pole moves, strength building, and flexibility training. Students have the opportunity to learn for fun or progress toward competitive pole performance.

“A few weeks back I was collecting my daughter from her classes in the centre and I purposely arrived a little earlier so that I would have time for my mid day prayer. I asked the lady at reception if the centre had a religious room. She was a little unhelpful and abrupt with an immediate no without apology. Not long after an absolute lovely gentleman by the name of Joe asked if I just needed a room which I replied yes he then guided me to a back room that had very dim beautiful lighting and only housed a ping pong table. I was so grateful. Just that small act of consideration and kindness made all the difference and immediately changed my mind about my initial interaction with the receptionist. Again thank you so much Joe. Your kindness went a very long way.”

My Karate Club offers structured martial arts training at the Westminster Academy Sport in London. The club provides a welcoming environment for new students to join at any time throughout the year. A comprehensive curriculum is in place to guide students through their development in the art of Karate. Classes are available for various age groups, focusing on the core techniques and principles of the discipline. Training sessions are held multiple times a week, including weekends, to accommodate busy schedules.

“Wonderful nursery, staff are very patient caring and above all take feedback extremely well. They listen to any concerns you may have and are happy to do whatever they can to help your child and you have the best possible experience with them. They have an extremely flexible attitude and are beyond accommodating to ensure parents are happy with how their child is being cared for. Their primary focus is the child and honestly I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our daughter has just started and although she took a while to settle the process was fully child led and inturn our daughter has settled extremely well. Communication from the staff is fantastic always kept up to date on how our girl is doing. Very grateful for such an accommodating and supportive nursery. They put together lots of scheduled activities for the children regularly to enhance their learning in a safe and fun environment.”

“Well, last year I stayed at this facility with my family at my son's Flat on the 2nd floor here. Location is ideal to reach for shopping, UG Trains, City bus stops, Mosque nearby, Hotels & Restaurants, all within easy reach. Of course, the building needed a face-lift, elevators inside needs replacements.”
