“This company helped my partner and I when easy jet and the company I booked with didn't care less. Easy jet cancelled our flight 20 minutes before we were due to flight out to our friends wedding. I was quite distressed, James calmed me down, sorted out new flights when we and easyjet couldnt find any available.
